catastrophic they have a promise of 1-4 working days shipping time...ok, i order...then, 5 days go by, and my order still in "processing", after many emails and tries to contact customer support, i get same answer as many before i guess. They cant send it, they have high amount of orders, and they will try to do it fast. Nothing about how fast, when, nothing... basically, you are left on the mercy of God and their will when and IF, order will be shipped. then, i try to cancel my order, as a customer, i should and i do have a right to change my mind, and i let them know, that i do not want to wait that long, and that i want to wish to cancel my order and get refund. Of course, i am ignored. Posted a comment on Facebook, it got deleted very fast and i got blocked from making any more comments on their Facebook page, so i guess they are very active, just not active with orders or with care for customers. I will get my money back and i really, REALLY do not recommend you to buy here....go with Dbrand or xtremeskins.co.uk, at least those two are reliable and you wont get screwed. they deserve ZERO star rating.... UPDATE: and from catastrophic to abysmal, i opened dispute in paypal, because my order still is not delivered. They ignore my dispute, i escalate it to Claim, they ignored it, and after paypal "woke them up", they sent to paypal tracking nnumber from some other order, which was supposedly delivered, so paypal denied my claim. THEY GAVE FALSE TRACKING NUMBER TO PAYPAL JUST TO SCREW ME AGAIN! TRACKING NUMBER FOR ORDER DELIVERED IN SPAIN and my order should be delivered in Slovenia. This is beyond comprehension....AVOID AT ALL COST

Still trying to get a refund (as of 9th of november) for an order placed on the 13th of October. Item not in stock, no one bothered to tell me that for 3 weeks. They send shipping confirmation with tracking number right after I placed the order so didn’t know about out of stock issue. They later said that email with tracking number sent to me was a computer error. They don't have item in stock and don't know when they'll be getting it and are ignoring my request for a refund. Customer service is a joke. It takes at least 3 days to receive a reply. Update: This has been resolved through paypal dispute as that seemed the only way to communicate with slickwraps. Just to clarify this, i'm giving one star not because there was a delay/computer error but because how customer service handled this and refused to refund me the money. Edit (6th December) Slickwraps is trying to take my review down. I've been asked to prove that i'm a genuine buyer (i have sent proof to trustpilot). Slickwraps - if all your energy spent here was going into dealing with your customers and processing orders quickly you wouldn't have 1 star reviews. I rarely give bad reviews but your incompetence is stunning me.

10 day’s after ordering and paying for my wraps I had to email them and remind them to send it. They emailed me later that day and told me that had just sent it but gave me a fake tracking number. Not happy at all!! AVOID!!

Really bad customer service. The company is extremely slow to ship and respond to customer queries and does not allow you to cancel the order which is illegal since I live in EU and they sell to EU customers so they have to comply with EU regulations which they don't. I had my first and last order with them. Avoid.

Don't appear to have stock, so very slow to ship (only shipped when I chased), and then the product is terrible - doesn't fit my phone properly and is so thick it digs into my hand

Horrible company. Ordered on 9/6 took 2 weeks to ship it. After that it only gets worse. Once it was shipped it got lost in transit. They tell me call the shipping provider as once its shipped not their problem. So I call and the shipping provider tells me they have no idea where it is and to tell the shipper it is lost and file a claim for it. Which they would get a full refund for like they ought to since they didn't lose the package. Well I tell them this and they say sorry we aren't going to refund you the purchase price we can either reship it which would probably take another 1 + month to get or we will credit your account which is pointless since I won't ever shop with them again. In the meantime I picked one up locally for about the same amount since I was not going to have 0 protection on a 1k new phone which came out 10 days after I had ordered from these guys... So I just disputed the charges and got my refund anyways. I hope at least a few people read this before the do business with this place. Also side note my younger brother bought one from them and got it and he said the sides are already peeling and its pretty much a waste of money anyways. He said if it gets any worse its just going in the trash anyways so take this as both a product and company review. I would avoid them... Look at there BBB rating they have 42 complaints against them and don't even bother responding to them. It takes skill in a bad way to get a grade F rating from the BBB. They tried to reach out to me 2 months after I left this review then when I didnt want to respond they flagged this as fake review and tried to have it removed. I assure you Trustpilot was sent proof of the order and they re-posted it. Do not buy from this company. Look at all the terrible reviews they are still getting. Places like this need to go bankrupt and out of business. Shop from a place that actually values a customer. Also NOT A FAKE REVIEW. That is there only response they know. My review is more real than your customer service black widow. Maybe try more at being customer service and less playing marvel avenger pretend.

Their web said 1-2 business days but it took 4 weeks processing time before shipping my order! (They charge your card the moment order completed) I've send message to them twice and got a copy&paste the same response saying due to holiday blah blah.. Not trustworthy! Stay away from them! EDITED: THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW!

I always seem to forget how slow their shipping is. Its as if they make it in China and have it sent to them and then deliver. And it's always the same excuse of being backlogged.. is there just one printer ornsomething?
