Placed a $95 order 10 days ago. Confirmation stated shipment within 4 days. I've sent emails, tried to contact through PayPal...no response from Slickwraps. Their phone number is constantly busy. Wish I had searched for customer reviews before I placed the order. I didn't bother because they offered PayPal during checkout. Just escalated issue through PayPal dispute process. BUYER BEWARE. This is either a poorly run operation or a scam. Either way, you will regret the wasted time. 12/28/17 UPDATE: After PayPal made multiple attempts to reach this seller, they finally shipped items from the order I placed on 11/25/17, which I received a few days ago. The package DID NOT contain my entire order and, not surprisingly, there has been zero communication regarding the missing items from the seller. I’ve initiated another claim with PayPal. I’m done. DO NOT DO BUSINESS w/ SLICKWRAPS. You have been warned.

Edit: Slickwraps also fraudulently reports all negative reviews as illegitimate, making users have to jump through hoops and prove they made a purchase in order to leave their review up for others to read. It therefore can be presumed there have been countless legitimate negative reviews on Slickwraps that have been pulled down because users don’t want to spend the time to prove they made these purchases, and Slickwraps rating / reputation should be even lower than it already is (which it’s already terrible) If you guys spent the time you waste actually shipping out the products that customers paid you for, instead of trying to silence negative reviews...you just might improve your shotty reputation. Just awful, I paid extra for faster shipping, and it took them forever to put the product in the mail! Meanwhile I have a brand new MacBook Pro that is getting scratched up and depreciated because it is not being protected. From everything I read the product is great, but their logistics are awful. I asked to cancel and I would order a different solution after the 4th day of them not shipping it, and they simply said no. Why don’t you guys just sell on amazon? Have amazon handle your fulfillment (since your obviously dropping the ball...extremely hard) and you can focus on the product? Seems like common sense. In this day and age customers expect same or next day shipment of their products, especially when those products are protective in nature...people are buying your skins to protect their new tech gear, if my new MacBook would have gotten a dent or major scratch in the time you failed to put it in the mail...

Placed my order on 11/24 for a simple black skin/wrap. Chose 2 day express shipping. My order wasn't shipped for two weeks and when it did ship, it took four days to get. The excuse I got was that it was a busy time of year. Sorry, I'm usually pretty understanding, but that's not my problem. Maybe put that on your page? Maybe tell people at checkout when they're selecting 2 day express that you won't really have it in 2 days. You have to dig out on their support page to find that even if you select 2-day shipping it could still take them a long time to actually ship. This should be on the check out page when I'm choosing my shipping option. In the amount of time I had to wait, I was able to order from somewhere else and already have it in hand well before my order came. My advice...keep looking and don't order from this company.

I received a poor quality product with lots of scuffs and pressing marks. I can't believe how they passed their quality control even before they shipped. No response from customer service for a week. I don't think I will get refund or replacement. Buy GelaSkins. Don't even think about buying anything from this company. Update: Contacted by Carol through Trustpilot direct message on Thursday, December 7, 2017. I sent a reply with shipping address for the replacement to her straight after. I haven't got back from her since then.

I ordered from them 3 weeks ago and still haven't received a tracking number. When I emailed customer support it took them almost a week to get back to me with a generic response that didn't answer my question. Would not recommend this company. Starting to think they're a scam.

Honestly some of the slowest shipping I've ever experienced, i have had things come faster that have been drop shipped from China.

Terrible service. Been over a month and my order hasn't even shipped. Support staff essentially tells you to screw yourself when you complain as well. Garbage business

I have ordered some skins for my new Galaxy S8 from Slickwraps on two occasions, but after waiting over 3 months for them, I have not gotten anything yet. I have tried contacting them on email and on Twitter about re-shipment or refund, but I find their replies short, dismissive and infrequent. I have ordered from them in the past, and I have been very happy with their products. However, I fear that I am have been scammed, as I have paid over $46 for their products, and have not yet received anything. Prospective buyers beware. --- Updates: 03.12.2017: Slickwraps has finally made contact via Trustpilot to enquire the order numbers. Will keep this post updated. 04.12.2017: Email enquiry to verify shipping address, responded and currently waiting. 08.12.2017: Emailed them to ask for any updates on my orders. Was requested to provide shipping address information, where a new shipment of my second, smaller order was sent out. 07.01.2018: Still no sign of the replacement order. Considering previous attempts to contact Slickwraps, I have now given up, and have to consider almost 50 USD down the drain. I had also ordered the equivalent product from one of their competitors, DBrand'. I have already received their order in the letterbox, just after the new year. 11.01.2017: Finally received the order from Slickwraps through the letterbox, over a whole week after I received my order from DBrand. Though I am happy to receive my 2nd order from Slickwraps, the time and money spent on these orders have been excessive. I am currently using the competitor's product, and will most likely prefer them in the future.
