Worst company I ever encountered it actually might be scam. I ordered my item and it has been processing for nearly 2 weeks i emailed them more than once but no one responded at all. Pretty sure i will not get my item and because i paid with my debit card i have to toss this one up as a loss.

They still have not shipped my order and it has been nearly a month. I contacted the customer service and got some shpeal about high volume due to holidays. This would be acceptable if it was one week... 2 weeks...but now the patience I’m losing with even longer makes me believe they don’t know what they’re doing. Many other companies I have ordered from, big and small, have shipped instantly with no delay, WHICH I DON’T EVEN EXPECT, but almost a month is a level if leniency that should not exist. They’ve also shipped other orders that aren’t mine to me in the past, and have still been very delayed even during non-holiday times as well. Now that this is the 3rd flub in a row I’ve experienced from them, I really don’t think I’ll be coming back, plenty of other companies provide unique skins and custom options as well. Their clear covers that have designs attached also scratch off, all you need is one good accidental nick and it all scratches off. Their skins are quality and stay on once applied correctly, but you have to get them first!

Interesting, my previous review was deleted as "I didn't order". Okay, let's do this again - first claim was because this guys was dispatching my sticker more then a week! But after I got it (yesterday), and used on my HTC U11 phone, I could tell that it's bigger than should and it's barely sticky at all! Because of bigger size and bad adhesion bottom side of the sticker is undone and looks awfull. First of all I would say what I usually use such stickers on all my phones, and I switch phones very ofter, so I CAN STICK it right, but usually I use other brand, no problems with them though. Unfortunately they do not produce stickers on U11. So slickwrsaps is not recommended at all! Sorry for my thick russian accent =) For SW: ORDER #3528813 - COMPLETE

I ordered a blue honeycomb skin from slickwrap on 12/11/2017 for a birthday gift that was on the 12/14/2017 with 2 day shipping. I was hoping it would have gotten there in time but it's 12/18/2017 and it still hasn't been shipped. I understand that they have a 2 hr window to cancel an order but I have no use for it now IF it ships. I've asked that it be canceled since I had to buy another gift on the 14th. I was told sorry we can't cancel it. I've wrote another time on the 15th with no reply. I want it canceled already. And Slickwrap I know you're going to read this. I have my order number. Cancel it! Your site doesn't say anything especially when a person is purchasing the item or any warning while checking out of how long it could take especially during the holidays! Fix it so it warns a buyer! So people like me don't waste time ordering especially for a gift and not getting it in time! Edit: 12/18/2017 Multiple reviews?! I just made one this morning! Oh, I know why you folks have that stupid 2 hr cancelation in your policy... it's because you know you won't get back to a person until a few days later letting you use that excuse so that you won't (and I use won't because you never intend to cancel an order) and hold our money hostage. That policy should be done away with and you allow a person to cancel whenever they'd like in the month to how ever long process you make us wait! Oh and that stupid email I just got from you folks saying the order can't be tracked because it's loose in the factory is really stupid. If you have us waiting more than our shipping we paid for you have time to track it down. And if you can make us wait after the period that we paid for our shipping than we have the right to cancel an order! Worst customer service I've ever had with any company. Most definitely going to try and deter anyone I know who is thinking of getting anything from Slickwrap. Edit: 12/20/2017 Wow... flagged again by Slickwraps saying I've made multiple false reviews, even after trustpilot reviewed this and okayed everything. This is proof that Slickwraps is making things up to keep negative reviews from exposing the truth. Well, slickwraps... this is only making things worse. Edit: 12/22/2017 Nice try Slickwraps! It's up again. Trustpilot has all the proof of our oh so "positive experience" 😡. I'll just keep adding on to this as I prove that my experience is common among other customers. Edit: 1/5/2018 So, Slickwraps sent me two of the same skins in different envelopes. I figure, since they've given me such a hard time with everything I'm just going to give them to my friend. My friend put the first one on and while he was using the microfiber cloth the skin began to bubble. The harder he rubbed to get the bubbles out the larger the bubbles got. He even tried it with a blow dryer resulting in more smaller bubbles appearing. Well, lucky Slickwrap sent two because he tore off the first skin and than tried applying the second skin. The same thing happened while he was applying it and this time he made sure that there wasn't any bubbles. He even applied it without the microfiber and the skin was flat without bubbles. About 20 minutes later his skin was bubbling and out of frustration he took the skin off. Man... make me wait longer than the time I paid for shipping (2 day) than because they knew they were wrong, they sent two. I give you guys credit for trying to right your wrong but I'm sorry, the skin bubbled and only disappointed my friend. I don't recommend Slickwraps because there are some things that need to change: 1. Add a warning that because of a certain time such as a season or a sale that there will be delays for shipment and give an estimated time for shipment in the warning. 2. If a person pays for shipment that is over night, 1 day or 2 days respect that and still, at least address that the item will take for example, 2-4 days or even a month or two months. Customers would appreciate that kind of honesty. 3. Offer not just a 2 hour window to cancel especially if there is going to be a delay with orders. These are things I've found to dislike with my experience with Slickwraps. Please fix these things! Does anyone else notice... the good reviews all have pics and most of the bad reviews don't lol. Who wants to actually put their pic on a review?.... Slick hasn't learned that making fake reviews is useless.

I placed An order December 2nd. It wasn’t shipped for another week and it’s been 3 weeks, I still Haven’t received anything and it was only going from Kansas to New York! Don’t order from this company

This company is fraudulent. They've been banned from Reddit as a result of their shenanigans. I had "won" a "free" skin for my phone. I sent them the requested information. Over a month later, nothing has arrived. They did, however, create an account using my email address and then proceeded to send me numerous marketing emails advertising their products. The item never came, their customer support is useless, and they used my information to market to me instead of sending the "free skin" I had won. Buyer beware: this company is not genuine and they are not deserving of your money. Update: SlickWraps tried to get this review removed. Fortunately, TrustPilot was reasonable and allowed my review to stay. If you look at many other negative reviews, SlickWraps also tries to remove them as well. It seems they don't like bad press. Perhaps they should stop being such a dishonest, disreputable business if they don't like people calling them on it?

Poor poor poor. Ordered 3 weeks ago. Got a dispatch confirmation after 12 days apparently FedEx have now got it but 8 days have past and it's still in NJ which I doubt very much. Edit: They have now claimed this review is fake even though I have confirmed purchase details to TP and they are satisfied my review is genuine. That said I did finally receive the product and it was of a high quality. At the end of the day...it gets dark. That aside if you purchase from them you will get a decent product that is finished to a high standard just expect a looooong delay in receiving goods and zero response from customer service. Have upped from 1 to 2 stars because I was happy with the product.
