Order #256903. Order was placed June 30. Didn't ship until July 16. On July 23 I get a response saying to wait another week and if it's still not here let them know. Questions and comments section the website is "not accepting" comments.

I would leave this company a negative star if I could. Paid for two day shipping and have still not received my order 13 days later. I requested that my order be canceled and was told they do not do that after two days. Horrible customer service. Do not waste your time or money

I have ordered 4 times from the website and all 4 has been lost! Their customer service is horrible, all they provide is store credits which cant be used fully and you'll need to pay for shipping for every order. I have wasted about 40$ ordering from this fraud website. Please stay away from this company and they dont even empathize towards their customers with the fault being theirs.

Hello, I am sorry for the issue with your recent order and appreciate your patience in this matter. We have made several attempts to get this order to you and to reship your most recent order. Your most recent reshipment left the USA yesterday and is on the way. We need to give that shipment time to arrive and have confirmed that the address you have provided is correct to the best of your knowledge before pushing it back out for other attempts. This shipment will need 5-15 business days to arrive and can take up to 30 days. We can not foresee how long your country (India) will take to process, sort, and deliver your package. If for some reason your most recent reshipment does not arrive in the time frame provided, at that point we do have a shipping option that can take 1-3 business days to arrive with FedEx Priority. That would offer you door to door tracking, but you will be asked to cover the cost for that service which is 14.31. We are sorry for the delay, and we appreciate you working with us on the matter.

I've ordered 2 weeks ago, paid extra for faster shipping. They take forever to confirm my order. Then I received an email with the tracking number for my order and they provided a link where I can enter the tracking number and see what the status of my order is. It has been 3 days since I've got that email and the website still says that the tracking number I'm entering is not in their system. I would not recommend slickwraps. If they have better customer service, maybe I would. But yeah my experience is so far terrible.

I placed an order on december 2017, The order has not arrived. I emailed them back and forth in January and they told me that it must be my postal services in South Africa, I contacted the postal services and they told me that they have not received anything. I now start requesting a refund and they say they can't refund me, and they tell me that if items are lost during shipping it is not on them (they chose the shipping mind you). Do not buy from them, your money will not come back - the customer service will email you back but will refuse to refund you.

I have paid for and yet have not received my order. I also got a canned response Talia (Slickwraps) Apr 5, 3:09 PM CDT Hello, Sorry for the delay. At this time we do have a high volume of orders to process. We are working as quickly as possible to ensure all orders are shipped out. Please understand that selected shipping time frames do not speed up processing times, which we do indicate on our support page. Once your order is prepped for shipment you will receive an email. Thanks for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience. I was hoping that other reviews were just a fluke, but apparently this is a common response with this company. Edit 4/20/2018 Order is still “processing”. The company refused to cancel my order, so I reported the jbcid not to my credit card company. Stay away from these shady folks. Not a good company to orde from even if they do have cool stuff!!

BAD! this company has Zero customer support, and when they do, they are rude. The product is cheap and paper thin compared to like Dbrand. Got slapped with 27 euro of extra custom fees because someone at slickwraps cant fill out a custom form correctly, instead of filling out the paid price + shipping cost they just fill in a fictional amount that took it way over the maximum duty free import limit and gave me extra costs, no apology, just a, hey, that's normal procedure and the rest of the world is wrong! Total BS, this company is a joke and should not have existence rights!
