Probably the worst customer service I got in all my years of online shopping. When I asked for a replacement skin according to their 'goof policy', they said that I had to pay an additional $6 to cover the shipping costs. After I sent the money I have not heard back nor have I seen my skin yet. Over five e-mails went unanswered. I opened a dispute with Paypal only to have them give me a wrong FedEx tracking # with a destination in another city to try to close the claim.

First things first, I am a first time buyer. I have heard of Slickwraps through YouTube and through some people that have them. So I like the selection great skins. So I did a customized skin. At check out, I created my username and password so I can log in and check the status on my order so I know it comes in. I paid for it ect at checkout got my order number and when I try to log in it says invalid password. So I try to reset it and links expired every time I sent one. So now I can’t log in. That’s great! I think it’s dumb we have to contact you through email rather than actually calling because you don’t even REPLY! I bought my wraps 3 days ago and no response from the reps and of course no wraps still, but you take my money? 3 stars until I get a response back and have my wrap. And I paid for express shipping so that’s that.

I have ordered from slickwraps twice. On the first attempt, I was a sent a good skin that I was happy to use. On my second order (and this was a big one because it included 2 phone skins and a laptop skin), I had the most terrible experience a consumer could ever have. I placed my order (#3537294) on the 29th of November. The order was stuck in processing for a long time. I contacted the customer service who replied back that they were busy because it was the holiday season and that they would ship my skins soon. I waited patiently and finally got an email that it was shipped. I received this email on Dec 28 (I was very patient). I tracked the shipment and it apparently reached UK mainland on 10th January. Nothing happened after that. I contacted FedEx, who had no idea (on the 1st of Feb) where the package was and assumed that it was with customs. On the 28th of Feb, they said that the package was probably returned to the seller. I contacted Slickwraps via email and their website, but I have had no response. They have my money, they probably didn't even print the skins. I can see how their lovely business model works and enables them to provide huge discounts to "customers" EDIT: Updated to 2 stars after a response from them on the 20th of March. I got one email offering a re-shipment (i would have to pay 6$ for it) or store credit. 2 hours later I got another email stating that they would arrange a reshipment provided I reviewed my feedback. I have refused both options as I am not bothered enough to go through the whole disappointing shipment process again.

Decided to try slickwraps based off all the glowing reviews on YouTube and exceptional variety of products to choose from. I've read plenty of reviews of this company on TrustPilot and shook off the disbelief a company would be this horrible. I was wrong. Placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and NEVER heard a word about my order ever again. I was convinced I've fallen into the trap with the rest of their customers that they reel in with their "40-45% off sale" that they strangely have daily. I was very excited for the product as it looked very promising. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Its been a almost a month and my order # 3572122 is still processing. but I am charged from day one. what a fraudulent company! very sketchy

Order #3552511 I bought the skin in hopes that it will protect my MacBook Pro from scratches and wear. However, the middle section of skin (the piece that goes around the trackpad, keyboard, and the speaker grills) ended up making permanent marks on the screen of this valuable machine. No matter what liquid I use, I can't get rid of these marks and am completely removing the skin to prevent further damage to the screen. I guess the marks are a result of the added thickness of the mid-skin and because the skin is printed with poor materials which caused it to rub against the screen when the lid is closed and resulted in permanent marks. Overall, the quality is very poor and it feels like the design is printed on a piece of paper. No texture and no grip. I wish I never gave SlickWraps a try and wish I had chosen a different company.

I've been having a HORRIBLE experience with Slickwraps, I've ordered 2 skins on February the first and still haven't received anything, they are so unclear about shipping been very unhelpful with my need of assistance.

UPADTE 3/6/18: They reached out to me via TrustPilot about two weeks ago asking for my order number and still have not gotten back to me with a resolution. Read alot of bad things about SlickWraps but I wanted to trust them because they had a pretty good sale for the holidays. Boy was I wrong, they are as bad as everyone says they are. I purchased a skin for my phone during their holiday sale in December. The promotion included 50% off the skin plus a free tempered glass screen protector. I received my skin a month after purchase in mid January WITHOUT my glass screen protector. Contacted Slickwraps multiple times asking when I'll receive the rest of my product and kept being told they're out of stock its coming. Its been two months since my original purchase and I have yet to receive my order in its entirety. Not only that but there was no indication from SlickWraps that I would receive a partial order and they barely respond to emails. Please save yourselves the trouble and the hassle and money because this company has very poor business.
