Waited on the cases I customized for over three weeks but it only ever said processing. I emailed multiple times never got helped even after asking for a refund. Made a bad review on here explaining that I was disappointed and wouldn’t recommend buying from them. Got a reply from Slickwraps and they cleared it up and shipped out my item. Would have rather it of just went smoothly and came when it was suppose to but I appreciate having it be made right not sure if I’ll order again from them in fright this might happen again but I’m overall happy that my cases are coming now.

This company is participating in morally repugnant business practices, and attempting to hide them by censoring their customers and posting fake reviews. They tried to flag my review TWICE. Once immediately, and again after a few months when they thought I wouldn't be paying attention. This despite the fact I included my order number in my original review. They just want to get rid of all negative reviews so they can raise their score. A few months ago, HUNDREDS of positive reviews were removed from this site (assuming TP realized they were fake) and their score tanked. Now they are trying to build it up again with fake profiles, and flagging negative reviews. Don't order from them. They will sit on your order for weeks, claim they are too busy because of a sale, and then ignore you until you escalate with paypal or your CC company. If you speak out, they will flag you. Oh also, they were banned from THEIR OWN SUBREDDIT for this kind of activity. Horrendous.

Ordered on April 1st I was always a big fan of wraps and skins. So I wanted to try out Slickwraps. I wasn’t aware that it’ll take longer than a week to process. Getting pretty disappointed. I emailed them to see if they had any information about my order status. Never had a response. I thought they mentioned they responded within 24-48 hours April 8th Still processing. I emailed them again. No response. Messaged them through Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. No response at this moment. When I checked to see if my emails had a response, it looked like they were expired or taken down. Getting worried at this point. Might consider canceling order. Edit- April 9th Slickwraps contacted me here they were able to push it through. They responded pretty quick. So if you want a quick response they can reach you here in Trustpilot site. Moving 1 star to 3 stars.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago, I’ve constantly reached out to them because it’s been 3 weeks and my order is still on “processing”. They went and got rude with me over a comment I made on social media and went as far as blocking me. A company that can’t take criticism is pathetic and in professional, i understand high volume orders but common 3 weeks and nothing! It’s been since March 21 and we’re on April 7! They don’t even bother to update you or get in contact with you. Quick to take the money but horrible customer service. I had high hopes and they just let me down. Save your time and money everyone

Awful customer support. Emailed them with a product inquiry over a month ago and am still yet to receive a reply. I know they received the email as a got a support ticket and confirmation afterwards. After reading many reviews on their official reddit (where they were banned for vote manipulation), some of the trust pilot reviews, and seeing that many times they have been caught creating/purchasing fake reviews. Avoid this company at all costs. Inflated prices just so they can constantly have a sale going with a timer to make people impulse buy, blocking anyone on twitter who says anything that criticizes them in any way, and having "limited edition" skins that they have been selling for well over a year. Im near certain they will flag this review for something. i have seen their awful and scummy practices and heard much from others about their skins being low quality and a rip off. This company tries to silence critics by blocking, deleting reviews, and calling them liars. I hope if any of you are considering purchasing a skin for any device you look elsewhere.

I've been waiting on my wrap for my galaxy Note 9 for so long that it doesn't show up on my banking activity anymore. Please don't waste your money on this horrible product. If I got my product soon I would change my review to 5 stars.

Horrible product!! Customer service on their Facebook chat was very rude and basically said I was stupid that I didn’t watch the install video! I did watch the video and apply heat. Apparently they don’t care about their customers. Update: forgot to mention they blocked and removed my comments. You guys are a real prize 🤣

product didn't arrive to my country, tried to contact them for help they said my order may take 2 months to arrive. two months later the shipment to didn't arrive, and was returned to their HQ, I tried to get a refund by contacting them, they replied saying that I couldn't claim the shipment and that is why it was returned to them. I wasn't contacted by anyone and the tracking shows it. They said I should send another email to get my refund, i sent them an email through PayPal, and they sent them a wrong tracking number that shows that shipment arriving which wasn't even mine. The customer service is not only unacceptable, they are intentionally committing fraud to prevent me from getting my refund Edit: To add on to their fraudulent behavior, I have an email from them that they will not refund me until I takedown my review. Please don't ever again buy from this company
