Golden Happiness
Awesome customer service from easy online ordering to great shipping updates to arrival of our Clickit Terrain. Used it with our Golden Retriever on a recent trip and it worked perfectly.

Wanted to share some positive feedback…
Wanted to share some positive feedback from my experience with one of the customer service agents from Sleepypod’s customer service. From the very first email, she was super helpful and attentive to my concerns. She took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, asking for additional photos and even conducting tests at the office to better understand the problem. She validated my concerns rather than dismissing them. When I asked about possible solutions, she went out of her way to help me out. She was proactive, responsive, and friendly throughout our entire conversation. She went out of her way to make sure I had all the information and assistance I needed, and I am so grateful for her exceptional service. She made what could have been a frustrating situation a pleasant and stress-free experience.

Best carrier on the market.
Very high quality. I use this for my dog’s bed at home. Travels easy. You can’t put a price on safe travels for your baby.

Great harness for long trip
It is a great harness. I used it with my Boxer (Male, 55 lbs) for a 2.5-hour trip, and he was safe and secure.
