Its been over 15 days and I have made…
Its been over 15 days and I have made the payment and been forced to forget about it because there is no update on shipping. Second US company now that takes longer than 15 days to share status of order shipment.

Cat harness out of stock
Item was on your website. It has been out of stock for a long time tied up my money on a credit card for a while needed the item quickly had to look elsewhere, or a different harness.

FirstMile shipping sucks
Your shipping company FirstMile says it deposited the package at my local post office in Oregon a week ago, but USPS says it's out for delivery in California. Either way, it seems highly unlikely I'll ever get the harness to keep my dog safe in the car.

SCAM
Similar to experiences described by others, I purchased a car harness through their website.1 month ago. I have emailed them three times asking them to cancel and refund the order as they have not delivered. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Have received only 1 of 2 items from my…
Have received only 1 of 2 items from my order with no communication about the missing item. Have tried filling out their form online, emailing them and calling them (which always goes to an answering service where they take a message that never gets answered), and have received no response.

I wanted this company to succeed but…
I wanted this company to succeed but unfortunately my experience echoes that of other reviewers. I simply wanted to buy one of the seatbelt harnesses... particularly since they received such a glowing review from the testing company. Cash in hand, ready to order - but given some of the delivery issues others have had, plus some other questions I had - I attempted to contact them through their online phone number and email contact page. Left 2 emails and 4 voicemails with their answering service. I did actually have one individual email me back - but he couldn't seem to reply to my request for a phone call (it was going to be easier to spend 4 min in a call than days emailing back and forth). In the end, combined with the negative reviews and issues from others - this company is just not worth the hassle to deal with. What a shame that poor customer service will likely sink this company with what appears to be a good product (but how would I ever know for sure)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on 11/14/2022 and as of 1/5/2023, I have yet to receive my order. This company is a scam.

Horrible company
Several weeks after paying and ordering, I’ve received no SleepyPod and no updates whatsoever. (Delivery was promised in 5-10 days, and it only needed to be delivered within the same state.) I’ve called multiple times and left messages, but Customer Service never returns my calls. If you buy a SleepyPod product, definitely don’t order from the company itself.
