SleepypodReviews of sleepypod.com

High-quality product, quick shipping, great communication throughout. Overall, an excellent buying experience.

Hats off to Sleepypod for their amazing customer service. I had an issue with the sleepypod I ordered and they immediately set me up with a replacement. Zero hassle for me. It’s such a relief knowing a company not only makes safe, high-quality products but also truly stands behind them. In my expirence if you get a defective product from a business online it can be a nightmare to resolve the issue. I was pleasantly suprised to have the issue resolved the next buisness day. All businesses should take a note from sleepypods team, as this is what will bring customers back and not scare them away.

Quick replacement for my cracked buckle. Thank you.

Product was shipped quickly and well packed. Exactly what we expected.

I love this product. We used the original Sleepypod with my older dog for nine years, and it gave me peace of mind on every car trip. We just bought the Terrain model for our 50-pound dog—the medium fits her well and the build quality is excellent. I never drive without securing my dogs, and when our new puppy is full-grown she’ll get her own Sleepypod too. I always encourage dog parents to invest in a truly crash-tested harness for safety, and recommend sleepypod.

Fantastic company and product. We have two Poms that mean the world to us so we bought Sleepypod mobile pet beds for both. It's worth every penny knowing they are safe and comfortable when we travel. There was a slight problem with one when it was delivered, and Sleepypod made it right immediately. Great customer service

First, I have a corgi, which is a very difficult dog to fit. My first harness, while it fit on paper, just didn't work in real life. After a quick consultation with a pro at Sleepypod, it was decided to try a different model & size. Son of a gun, it fit! Two weeks later we took a long road trip with our dog buckle in his Sleepypod. Our fussy puppy was comfortable & relaxed, while we were relieved to know he was much safer than before.

Great travel case for my chihuahuas. Long time customer. Super fast shipping.
