The worst dog harness I ever bought and most expensive. The material is rough and hard. Also so hard to slide through to clip. Better off getting the cheap voyager brand for less than 20. My dog also lives voyager. He hated the sleepy pod.

Sizing & Returns aren’t easy
Sizing was way off for my pup & the return process is cumbersome. Had high hopes for this product based on previews reviews.

Customer Service is very poor
Customer Service is very poor. Called several times several days to return items to get a smaller size. No one ever called back after leaving several messages. I final decided to email as well. Received a response via email after several days.
