I couldn’t find my order to track shipping etc after I ordered.

Love the martingale harness for my dogs. Originally bought from the Canadian site as I’m in Canada but they are constantly sold out . The previous ones had a Velcro closure which is quick to get my pups in and out of them but my female hates the sound of the Velcro ,so I’m loving the buckles.Also the Velcro gets full of fur eventually which is why I wanted a new one.Excellent quality, aesthetic & ease of use. Nice colour choices .My only complaint is they are a little pricey -especially so with the shipping but only the best for my sweet pups ! Will be ordering another shortly for my male puppy as soon as he’s done growing . Would love to see more mesh underneath to allow for more air flow (my male gets hot quickly with his double coat) if it doesn’t compromise safety and comfort - or maybe even a cooling harness option or other cooling gear. I bought the original, round Sleepypod carrying case/car seat/ bed in the color first blush for my 10lb Chihuahua/Poodle. He’s a 7 year old rescue and I worried he wouldn’t adapt to the car seat, but he did! I placed the bottom (bed part) in my living room for a week, then added the cover the second week, then finally took him on a car ride. He was restless at first, but settled in after about 10 minutes on the road. Overall, I think the Sleepypod is a great product! I love the pink/blush color (even though I have a male dog) and I love that it’s a crash-tested product. I bought this the week after my dog and I were involved in a fender bender. He was crated during the crash and was fine, but I wanted something safer and more secure. My only issues with the Sleepypod are that it’s fairly heavy to carry with my 10lb dog and the round shape makes it even more difficult. Plus, the strap can only be shortened so much because of the shoulder padding. It’s also difficult to leave the top part with the mesh open for my dog to crawl in and out of or for me to take him in and out of the carrier. The instructions say to push the sides down, but the thick velcro strap on top is in the way and the sides slowly creep back up and close the carrier. Despite those minor issues, my dog and I are enjoying this product. It’s much safer, cuter, and compact than the dog crate he used to travel in.

The clip to stop the seatbelt from retracting is poorly designed. I have to repeatedly readjust that seat belt every time I put my dogs into the car

Our dog is an ADA service dog. Where I go, she goes, so a safe and proper restraint is a necessity. Sleepy Pods customer service was quick to respond to questions and to process my order. I purchased a large harness seat restraint for my German Shepherd dog. The harness was easy to adjust to a perfect fit, but not as easy as other harnesses to put on and off. Fortunately, my dog is accustomed to harnesses and travel, so it's not too bad and takes little effort to prepare for transport. Securing the harnessed dog to the seatbelt in the back seat of the car is the challenge. It still takes two people for this job to keep the dog in precisely the correct position and buckle a testy seatbelt. Once in place, the dog is very safely secured and mission accomplished. Our dog can comfortably sit up or lay down. She can no longer unbuckle herself or loosen the restraint to get near the front seat. However, on longer trips, when she is tired of her only two positions, she does manage to twist herself around and get stuck, requiring me to stop, remove her from the back seat and untangle her harness and the twisted up seatbelt. This is a serious headache and dangerous on the side of a road. It occurs despite the perfect fit of the harness and tight security of the seatbelt. Because of the excellent quality of the construction of the harness and speedy response of the customer service, I give this harness a well deserved four stars. The reason I did not give a full five stars is due to the difficulty of attaching the dog in the seatbelt and then keeping the dog in correct position for the duration of the trip. If you have any suggestions for keeping the dog from turning around in her seatbelt, I would sure appreciate the tips. We are full time travelers, so car safety is very important to us. We purchased two of the terrain dog harnesses. The intend for purchase was to secure our dogs in the back seat with this “seat belt” harness. For our big dogs the instructions for securing the seatbelt into the harness is very restricting. Maybe different cars have different seat belt lengths. The harness seems safe in it acting like a seatbelt if used correctly, but it’s not the most comfortable for sitting in the back seat on a dog. I mistakenly wrote the wrong review earlier- I was confused by the name and recent purchases initially.

I ordered two car harnesses for my border collies. I was impressed by the obvious quality of these harnesses. However, they didn't fit my dogs well...they were "gappy" even with numerous adjustments. But most importantly, the whole harness system didn't work with the seatbelts in the back seat of my car. No matter how I tried to adjust them, the system almost pinned my dogs to the seat. I can't imagine them riding like that on long trips. So I sent them back. Customer service was quick and very very efficient and a free return label was sent via email that day. THANK YOU!

I had excellent customer service when I chatted about the status of my order. I only gave it 4 stars because on the website I thought you could sign up at checkout like a lot of places offer, but that was not the case. Minor inconvenience but great customer service.
