Very impressive customer service! I had broken the zipper on my Sleepypod and they replaced it very quickly. I highly recommend this company and their products. My dog LOVES his Sleepypod and I feel good knowing that he is safe and comfortable in the car.

I have two. I bought one years ago (~8yrs?) and I’ve always loved it. It’s held up very well. I bought a second one now that I have a second cat. I leave them around the house as beds until I need to take my cats somewhere. I think this reduces stress when we have to travel.

The product I received is great, very sturdy and well made. I feel my dog is safe with the nonslip harness. Only 1 problem never received a notice that the product was shipped. Contacted the company 2 weeks later, left a message with the answering service and never received a call back. The product arrived within 2 days of the call. Took 2 weeks to receive. No other issues with the company. Pleased customer

My pup is safe. She can no longer burrow under the seat. We were always worried of what might happen if something went wrong! The seatbelt was so easy to install and fits perfectly! Libby is safe and comfortable! She can sit up or lay down comfortably!

I bought the Sleepypod Air replacement bed cover thinking it came with the foam insert. It didn't. It was my mistake. Sleepypod was super helpful and exceeded my expectations!
