Safe, comfortable and excellent customer service
Sleepypod was the only harness that was crash safety tested to the same standards as child car seats and certified by independent agencies to be safe. I have a big dog and I needed him to be safe while in the car for him and everyone else. I used the harness and it was a breeze to set up. My dog was comfortable, he was able to sit and lie down as he pleased. Initially my first order got stuck somewhere and SleepyPod customer service quickly resolved the issue by expediting a new order and having it shipped express. The harness may be pricey but it’s 100% worth it!

Both harnesses i recieved were really well constructed. The fit was really great on one cat but was a tad big around the neck for my second cat. I expected that though- her neck and chest measurements put her in different sizes. Havent tested them outside of the house yet...its to cold yet bit ill be ordering leashes when spring rolls aouund

Thank you, Ariel, for taking the time to share your thoughts about your Sleepypod products here on Trustpilot. If you feel the sizing is a bit large, please be sure to chat with our customer service team for guidance. We've found that some customers have been able to size the harness down a bit more after watching the instructional video and/or reaching out to our customer service team. You can find the instructional video at YouTube.com/Sleepypod. To reach the customer service team, email [email protected] or chat with them using the chat widget at Sleepypod.com

My dog and I love your products. The shipping element could be better as it takes considerable time to receive items. I’m rating you five stars for the quality of your products and the love my dog has for all of her sleepypod items. Thank you for making great gifts for my furbaby!

Highly Recommend!
I have been a Sleepypod customer for 8 years. I have two westies who travel in the car with me every day and I wanted to make sure they would be safe. They have been in their pods since the day they came home with us. They love them! We frequently make car trips that are 4-10 hours and they just curl up and sleep in between potty/walk breaks. The pods are well made and easy to wash. I highly recommend!

Passed the safety test with flying colors
I purchased this safety harness because it got great test scores from an actual crash testing lab. The harness is rugged and easily goes on my pitbull.
