Product and Contact Lacking
The ordering process was fine, but I've had issues with the product since I received it. I attempted to use the contact form on the website only to have the submission fail. I haven't yet had a chance to try email or a phone call to reach out to them, but so far the experience has been very poor.

Terrible online order process. Hope it’s a great product
1) website not working properly for 2 days, 2) Lack of up front product availability info until end of process. (OOS at end) 3) lack of differentiation. Between Sport & Sport Plus in descriptions 4) lack of shipping forecast and 8 days after order not yet received bit already getting this survey. I hope it’s a great product because order/ delivery process is hard work.
