I've had this sleep headband for about 10 days now and have had 3 problems with the current product. First its a good product and I wear mine nightly to listen to my pink noise on my iphone. Here's my problems: 1. the ear pieces 'float' in the headband. When I turn over during sleep, the ear pieces move in the headband. There should be a way to make them stay in place, once adjusted in place. 2. The battery also 'floats in the headband and often covers one of the hearing pieces when I wake up during the night. Adjusting them is very bothersome to me. 3. The hearing pieces must be placed exactly over the ear within a quarter inch or I can't hear any sound. Fix these problems and its a winner product. Nows it a prototype in need of further development.

I have owned these for over a year now. They are incredible. Battery life lasts all through the night, easily. They are comfortable. There are no wires tethering you to your phone. They are durable - cheaper alternatives, both wired and bluetooth, have invariably failed within a month or two. The components (Each speaker, main module) are replaceable should something break. Charging is easy. I cannot state enough how well designed a product this is and the difference it has made in helping me get to sleep.

I am a loyal believer in the Acoustic Sheep Sleepphones product. I have had mine for nearly one year, and I have never slept better. I wear them to bed at night, listening to an audiobook (or meditative sleepcast), and I gently drift to sleep. My wife watches TV to help her sleep, and my ability to wear the sleepphone (with an eyemask) benefits both of us. Product: A+ Regarding customer service, it is, simply said, World Class. I recently procured a second pair for a public safety officer who is having difficulty sleeping (COVID-19 related shift changes), and Jenna graciously walked me through the entire process. I cannot say enough about the quality of the product, or the quality of the people working at your company. Customer Service: A++ Thank you!!!!!

I hated these. The headband didn't stay in place. The speakers also didn't stay in place. I tried using them for a few nights and since then they've been gathering dust in my nightstand. Waste of money.

I bought the wireless headband for sleeping because I have tinnitus. I've used it for a week now. The sound quality is good and the band itself soft. This product helps mask my tinnitus well, but in my experience it's not comfortable. I sleep on my side and wear the headband all night and sadly the outside of my ears hurt a lot after and the pain doesn't go away because every night the pressure makes it a bit worse. People have said the headphones and Bluetooth module are almost unnoticeable but for me this isn't true. the headphones are very noticeable when you're on your side and as I said they actually hurt. The module and especially the cord feel awkward and it is hard to place it comfortably. The most bothersome part of the Bluetooth module is that the buttons make a very loud sound when pressed, and they are so sensitive that I've woken up to the loud "beep" noise in the middle of the night. I don't know why this product is so uncomfortable for me when so many say it is very comfortable, but here we are. For someone who sleeps on their back or doesn't use it the whole night, these problems might not show up. I will keep using my sleep phones though, because after all the problems they are still way better than earbuds!

This is the only headset that I have found that actually covers the sound of my husbands very loud snoring! So I am completely thrilled about it! My only issue is that the headset does not always charge when it’s supposed to be, which is frustrating! I wish there was a battery meter on the app so I know what to expect.

I snore so was driving my wife crazy. I found this product for her and she loves it. My wife now is having a great night's sleep and I don't feel guilty waking up in the morning.

Has a bright red light that flashes. Why would you design this into a product to be used at night time. Beeps when not connected properly why would you want it to beep when it stops working so it wakes you up, you know it’s not working when it won’t play the music, the design is wrong if it wakes you up to tell you it has stopped working. Charging is difficult, why do you have to take it apart to charge.
