Medium size does not feel great as ears …
Medium size does not feel great as ears are spaced too wide apart. Fabric could be even lighter. Otherwise very good product.

Dear Catherine, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced with your SleepPhones®! We would be happy to exchange your headband for a different fabric! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Here is the link to the warranty page: http://www.sleepphones.com/warranty You can find our sizing chart along with a demonstration video on how to find the proper size on our site at: http://www.sleepphones.com/customer-support/sizing We would suggest the RunPhones® fabric as it is a lighter weight material that stays on better than the Breeze material in my personal opinion. If you are unsure how to remove and reinsert the speakers you can find a demonstration video on our site at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqTVbLvjDNk Regarding the speakers, all of our products come with speakers that are removable, so they can easily be positioned within the headband to line up over your ears. While wearing the SleepPhones® headband, please gently push the speakers around until they are situated on your ears.
