Speedy Shipping
Not only is this a great product with many benefits, customer service is top notch (refunded me with no problem when I ordered the wrong one) but the shipping speed was amazing. I was surprised and delighted. Highly recommend.

I just purchased my second set if …
I just purchased my second set if Sleepphones, having broken the first from daily use. I tried two other headphones but one was too bulky and interfered with my sleep and the other in-ear set was uncomfortable. So glad to be back with these! I have recommended these to many family, friends and business colleagues.

I did pay close to $100 for these, didn't I?
I paid close to one hundred dollars for this item. Ummm, that's a lot of money. So, why then would you be able to feel the battery on the back of your head through the material? Not enough padding in the battery storage area? Perhaps it was an unforeseen design flaw? Maybe they were producing these on the cheap, but UGH, the head band needs better padding around the battery. Now, anyone who listens to binaural beats tracks knows that some of them come on the quieter side of the pillow, so they need a quality system to boost them into your ears, that's no so much a problem, just an unfortunate aspect of the product. The problem is that you can feel that battery bulging against the back of your head like a robots ball bag gone wild, and I ain't R2D2, dag nabbit.

Dear Tommy, Our sincerest apologies that you are not satisfied with your product! In regards to the placement of the module, normally it is placed at the back of the head. Some of our customers do move the module to the front or side of the headband. If you sleep on your back, we suggest to slide the module to the left or right side of the headband to provide you with more comfort. Love my sleep phones
Love my sleep phones. They stay in place all night and the sound is good. Really good battery life. I use them about an hour a night as I go to sleep to listen to Podcasts and they last me all week. If I have them running all night then it goes for about 2 nights before recharging. Only thing I would change is to be able to see a battery meter either on the device or on my phone (like you can with some other Bluetooth devices), so pretty small change

Microphone was horrible
I got these because they looked nice and had a microphone. The microphone was horrible. Terrible sound quality using it. Returned them after the first night.
