Had a hiccup on my part when ordering my sleep phones, and customer service helped me out tremendously, and quickly. I love my sleep phones and would recommend them to all my friends. I use them not just to sleep, but walking to work, and on the plane!

Although the customer service clearly did not read my question regarding the speakers, the replacement headband I ordered is very comfortable, and stretchier than my first one. Definite improvement, as I must wear it all night.

Dear Sergi, Our sincerest apologies that you did not receive your order yet! Our international shipments can take between 1-6 weeks (http://www.sleepphones.com/our-story/customer-support/shipping). With international standard packages the United States Post Office does not guarantee tracking regularly. We would suggest contacting Poczta Polska as they would have the most up to date information regarding your delivery. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST) and we would be more than happy to assist you!

Best product out there for listening to audio while you go to sleep.

The sleep phones are wonderful. I sleep with one every night so that I can play my sleep recording to put me to sleep. The customer service is excellent, and they will go out of their way to help with any issues. They will replace any speakers that fail for a full year. It is a pleasure to deal with acoustic sheep, and I recommend this company without reservations.

The system works great! The battery lasted all night long, and the sound quality was excellent. My only reason for 4/5 stars is because the website kept switching to size xs when I needed small. I kept changing it to small, and thought that I was successful at that, but when it came in the mail, it was xs.

Great sound. Speakers shifted a little during the night, would be nice to have adjustable headband.

Very fast and efficient service. The SleepPhones arrived with me here in the French countryside 6 days after placing the order! The only thing I don't like so much is the constant emails I have since been getting which means I am going to unsubscribe as it's a bit much.
