Second attempt to send me the sleepphones I bought still not here on May 29th despite contacting suppliers for a `new' delivery (old one ordered end of March apparently lost?) on the 14th May as requested below.

Finally pain free music!
I have been hating my earphones for years. This winter with my ear muffs causing pain I said enough is enough!! I have used them for week or so I LOVE them!! They are well worth the money and if I want to change out my wild orchid color it is easy and not at all expensive to change them out! I will definitely tell my friends and family about this wonderful headband!! Thanks Acoustic Sheep!!

An excellent product let down by the Charger
An excellent product let down by the induction charging base.
The concept is great and works very well, but for the charging base to actually work the SleepPhones must be very accurately placed on the charging base. It is very easy to think that you have aligned both devices correctly with a green flashing light only to find out at bed time that the SleepPhones are red and not charged. Other induction charging bases (e.g. iPhone charging bases for example) have a large surface area that will allow the phone to charged at almost any angle across the induction charger.
My recommendations would be to either make the induction charger base bigger and less dependant on alignment or make a clasp that ensures that the SleepPhones can only be installed one way to ensure correct alignment for charging. Very frustrating to not be able to use the product when needed as it really does work well (comfortable, gentle sound without headphones sticking into your ear, and can be placed over your eyes as well to assist sleeping).
Additionally, the SleepPhones do not automatically power off when the music or Podcast finishes playing, meaning that the SleepPhones will always be dead in the morning requiring them to be charged every night.

Regarding the SleepPhones® automatically powering off, once the music being played stops for more than 45 seconds the product will enter a power saving mode. The product will not fully turn off unless the power button is held in manually. We do suggest charging the product daily to ensure a fully battery for each use. The product takes 3 hours to fully charge. When charging, please make sure the Bluetooth® module is turned off.

Pretty great speakers…
Pretty great speakers that are comfortable to wear in bed. The are pretty innovative. The wireless speakers are probably totally awesome but the corded version tends to wrap around a person who flips around in bed and they will move from your ears. They work great though and really help muffle a snoring bed partner. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to sleep with headphones on but regular ones hurt your ears at night and restrict sleeping positions.

Love the concept
Love the concept. Sound quality is good. Would really like to have some with noise canceling capability.
Not satisfied with the comfort level, even though I have tried wearing it in different ways. I bought the lighter headband, but I still find it to be hot--and we haven't even gotten to the warm weather.
Also it feels tight, which gives me a bit of a headache. Despite the tight feel, it slips, which is awkward because I am constantly having to put it back in place.
Sorry to be fussy, but I thought you would want to know.

Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you've experienced with the product! We would suggest possibly changing to a different size/fabric headband. A proper fitting headband will keep the speakers snugly in place without causing pain. We see that the headband you ordered is in the Breeze material, which can be a little slippery for some skin tones and hair types.
We would also suggest trying the RunPhones® material. Our RunPhones® headbands are light-weight with moisture wicking properties to help keep sweat at bay while on the go or sleeping in the warm summer months. Many customers use them to sleep in instead of our Fleece or Breeze headbands because they are moisture wicking and the lightest of our three headband fabrics. Please know that the RunPhones® headbands come in the following three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large! Regarding noise cancelling, the SleepPhones® products were constructed to minimize ambient noises. If you listen to music, you can camouflage outside sounds such as snoring. However, the product does not have any external equipment to eliminate noise. We market the product as noise blocking rather than noise cancelling. Some of our customers listen to music to calm them which enables them to fall asleep faster, while reducing background noise. Many customers also listen to music all throughout the night and do find that it does help to block out their partner's snoring.
