Great customer service!!!

LOVE THE HEADPHONES!!! The effortless charging, however, is not completely effortless.

The "SleepPhones" themselves are quite comfortable. However the purchasing of additional headbands annoyed me. I wanted to have two sizes, it was the fact the "sleepphone" representative was barely helpful. The representative knew what I purchased and what size I ordered. I explained I wanted to purchase an additional headband, in a larger size and with the help of the SP representative I ordered a second headband. Imagine how happy I was when it arrived and it was the SAME size of the original purchase. When I contacted the SP company, I was referred to the website to exchange it. Disgusted with the lack of customer service, and not wanting to pay for additional shipping I chose to have it sized by the woman who does my alterations. I figured it would be less expensive and less aggravation.

Best wireless sleep earphones I've found. Honor tested 1yr warranty. Great customer service. Only issue is wireless module has a limited life and is expensive to replace after 1yr.

All in all i really like this product. After I paid, it was sent to me very fast and i received it without any problems. I listen to relaxing music to sleep and any other headpones always began to hurt my ears at some point. With the sleepphones this does not happen. They are very comfortable. The sound quality is enough for what i need them but it's not outstanding either. The speakers themselves easily slide around in the headband, when i don't wear it. So everytime i wear it again, i have to first shove the speakers in the right position over my ears. But when i wear it, they stay put quite well, so this is no major issue.

The fleece ones in regular size do slip around a little as I sleep, so I put on top of it the wool cap of an old G.I. Arctic “Mummy Sleeping Bag”. This covers the entire head and Velcro's around the neck. This keeps it in place well. But it does get a little warm (the cap/bag were supposed to be good down to -30 F.) So I bought the light-weight one (just the band) in the small size and changed over the speakers. This stays in place well, but is just a little too tight, so I’m wearing it in the day to stretch it out a bit. Both great products!

I really like this product. The SleepPhones headband is very comfortable and the BlueTooth receiver works flawlessly. I have had several of the wired SleepPhones, so I already knew they were comfortable to where all night, but what a benefit it is not to be tethered to my iPhone. No more pulling the phone off my night stand when I roll over in bed! Sound quality is fine for my use as I only use these with "white" noise playing to aid in my sleep. I also pull the front band over my eyes to blockout all light sources.

Purchased these for my college daughter and she absolutely loves the comfort and the sound and the fact that they stay on all night. She also likes the fact that they are so easy to charge you don't have to take anything out
