What a horrible mattress after 3 years it developed a crack right where I sleep 4 ft long and 4 inches deep and on the other side the cracks went the other way waste of 2000 USD

It’s a nice mattress.l Bought this for my parents, they loved it.

I have been sleeping on this mattress since 2017. No complaints till date. The price is on a higher side but I considered this as a 10 year investment. Ps:- their customer support team takes time to respond to emails. Calling them on the phone is the best way to get a response.

I had forgotten what it was like to be so comfortable in bed that I just want to keep going back to sleep in the morning. We have only had the mattress about a week but so far we feel it is more comfortable than our old one, which is only five years old. We don’t wake up so stiff and sore, sleeping more through the night. Only thing I have to wait and see is how it will wear over time.

I like their pillow & mattress. The price is a little steep but the mattress is worth it.

We purchased the mattress in June 2020. We loved the mattress from the start, then I noticed the mattress started breaking down in the middle. A large sunken spot started to appear. I contacted the company because the mattress was still under warranty. They replied the next day and asks for photos. I took the pictures, then silence. I contacted them again they said they replied but didn't hear back from me. I never was contacted. They ask for photos again and I told them to reply if they received the photos. They said, yes. You'll hear from warranty in 2 days. It's been over aweek and still no reply. Not only did I have this problem but so did a friend. They finally got a new mattress but they had to hound them to get something done. It's a great concept but if this is the best they can do then I wouldn't recommend the product.

Bad company! I bought a king bed for 2,300.00. Biggest mistake ever! After having it for 5 months I started to notice the spring at end of the mattress was starting to pop out. When I went to try and lift the material the covering of the bed was hot glued. Since it was hot glued I decided to just take pictures of it with our ripping the material off. Sarah handled my case ( Sarah is the only person that works there as well as can talk by the way.) she told me after a couple of hrs that my bed defect was rejected and I was to rotate bed. I was so upset! After defect was rejected I decided to rip cover off exposing the spring sticking out the mattress and mattress sitting on a flat wood platform. After doing that they replaced my mattress. New replaced mattress had stains on the cover and it dipped down significantly in the middle of the bed. Ugh!!! I received a bed far off worse then the first defected bed. This manufacturer is a bad company. Do not buy from them.
