Paid for two day shipping. nothing but lies. They shipped it, they didn't, the need the prescription, they have the prescription, UPS won't tell them when it was picked up. Just a complete run around. Everyone is always "in a meeting" So order from anyone else but these dimwitted losers.

Hello, Thanks for reaching out. After looking into your order, I see you purchased a machine which does require a prescription on file before it can be shipped due to federal law. We also state on the product page for each item that requires a prescription that one is needed but we understand it can be overlooked. Due to this, we also reach out via email once an order is placed that we will be needing a prescription to ship your order and provide options on how to obtain a prescription in the event you do not already have one. We understand how inconvenient this can be which is why we have a few different options to help you obtain a prescription as quick as possible. A prescription is also needed to ensure you are getting the proper equipment that fits your needs. I see that the machine you originally were purchasing did not fit the requirements of your prescription and so we were able to assist you in editing your order to the correct machine that your doctor prescribed. Additionally, I see you placed your order after the end of our business day but that we were able to ship your order the following day and that it as in fact delivered in 2 business days as you had paid for. We did also refund you for the shipping cost as a courtesy although there was no delay in getting your order to you. We did try to track the shipment and are unsure why UPS did not update the tracking as per usual. We continued contacting UPS through the 2 days to track the shipment and see it was delivered about 2 hours after our last conversation took place. We did out best to help ensure you received the correct equipment you needed so you are able to have relief during your sleep using the prescription provided.
