I was on my way to Canada from California when I realized that I had forgotten my water chamber for my machine. One phone call and an hour later (the time it took me to drive from Salem to the warehouse in Portland, which was a whole 15 minutes out of my way), I had a new water chamber and was back on the road. Thank you to the lady in the office that helped place the order, I am sorry that I don't remember her name. She was a life saver. And thank you to the people at the warehouse for having my order ready when I got there. Great customer service 👍

I have been impressed with the accuracy, timeliness, and general ease of ordering product from SleepDirect.com from the So Clean CPAP cleaner to supporting product for the CPAP machine. I highly recommend them.

It is very difficult to follow the directions for setting up the SoClean Respironics System One & DreamStation Adapter with the c-pap system. I've owned it for several weeks and still do not have it working. I will wait for one of my son-in-laws to help.
