The initial Dream Wear frame I received was too small, but Sleep Direct promptly sent the correct size. I am very pleased with the responsive service and quick replacement.

Pathetic purchase experience. Product is fine. The telephone number is answered by a group of young untrained girls who know nothing and could care less. Product was sent to the opposite side of Denver in an abandoned warehouse with no address. The address we were given was incorrect and of course the untrained girls were of no help. The untrained girls had no idea when the cpap would be delivered but said they would call when it came in. Received a call from my primary care doctor saying machine was in. Called girls and sure enough it was there where it was delivered earlier in week. I asked to speak to their supervisor but they said they had none, which was obvious. When you call their number it was not uncommon for no one to answer the phone. Beware-the one star rating is two high.
