I can truly say that the So-Clean system has and is improving my energy, my sleep and my general feeling of well being. I wish I had known of it years before I found it. Your product is what you say it is.

I ordered 2 complete new masks, which included 2 cushions. I had ordered the size to be medium. I received 2 complete sets, but the sent me 2 size small sets. I called them to ask how to exchange for what I ordered. they said they would not exchange. I still have 2 sets I can't use. They will not fix. looks like I will lose $200. Do not do business with this company!

Mike - we sent you a private message to refresh your memory of this situation. To be clear, we sent you the correct items after an initial shipping mistake. We are very sorry about this, but we did make it right for you and do not feel the tone of your review accurately reflects our service level.

I entered the order on line from information I had available and received my order promptly (next day). All items were standard issue. The instructions were clear about cleaning before hand and using SoClean itself. No problem.
