Making an appointment was easy. Daniel was really helpful in explaining the difference between the mattresses. We were not rushed to decide and not pressured into a sale.

My experience at SleepARE in East Meadow NY was a positive one almost entirely because of salesman Anthony who was knowledgeable, polite, patient and very professional. Anthony made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and I was comfortable making such an important purchase.

BUYER BEWARE DONT TRUST A COMPANY THAT SELLS YOU A USED MATTRESS BECAUSE THATS WHAT THIS COMPANY DOES THEY DECEIVE YOU TAKE YOUR MONEY DO NOT CARE

Hi Izabelle, I am incredibly sorry and deeply concerned by your review. We strictly sell brand-new mattresses, so this is a massive failure in our logistics and quality control. Please reach out to us urgently at [email protected] so our management team can investigate your order immediately. Best regards, The SleePare Management Team
Scamed
SleePare is a scam house. You are much better off buying directly from the manufacturer. I purchased a Helix mattress and the sales guys said Helix divides a full money back guarantee. He said that they improve it. After the purchase they send the policy which states you can only replace it once and no money back. Do not purchase through SleePare, order direct from the manufacturer.

Hi there, I am deeply sorry for the confusion regarding our return and exchange policy. It is never our intention to mislead customers about the differences between our policy and the manufacturer's trial. Please reach out to [email protected] so management can review your order and assist you further. Best regards, The SleePare Management Team
