Let’s be honest... most reviews for financial platforms only pop up when someone’s frustrated and wants to vent. That’s why I felt it was worth chiming in with a positive experience. Today, I was logging into my Slavic401k account for the first time on a new computer and noticed some negative reviews on Trustpilot. Given how high it ranked in search results, I figured I’d add my two cents. I work for a small company and have been using Slavic401k without any issues. My Vanguard Target Retirement 2055 fund has performed exceptionally well, and I genuinely look forward to the weekly Friday email. It's a nice touch to "hear directly" from the CEO and get a quick snapshot of my balance. Bottom line: I'm happy. Everything works smoothly, my investments are growing, and I appreciate the personal touch. Five stars from me!

Poor service ! I have decided to stick to the other one.

Like others I have nothing good to say I worked per diem for a short time for a company using this plan. I only have $127 in the account and they are charging me $75 to close it. What a scam. Terrible that companies would use a company like this, shows how little they care about employees.

I no longer work at my former job. Unable to even get my money. I can't get logged in, because company has scrubbed my former info. So every attempt to log on comes up Invalid Credentials. Such bs. Such a harsh company in so many ways. Never work for Volante Senior Living, they are quite hostile to employees who speak out. I will try calling these people since my email didn't seem to get them going.

They make it difficult to rollover your funds, their online and app interfaces have been terrible, they implemented a new login system before tax season--forcing everyone to create a new login and link their old accounts via an 11+plus step process, and they seemingly have no way to e-mail or other wise contact customer service (at least as of 4/12/2025 for folks with a 401k account) besides having everyone call their 800 number. Avoid this provider if you can; unfortunately since it's employers who choose 401k administrators, many folks won't have that option.

Not a scam to my knowledge, but my 401k portal doesn't work at all. Neither do API integrations to my financial planning software. Pretty disappointing, may transfer the assets.

Wow!!! I'm not sure were to start! First of all I never write reviews, I feel I need to with this! They lie for one thing! And they take a long time! I spoke with customer service yesterday morning and she put me on hold to check the status of my check, she said it looks like they tried to direct deposit it and there was a problem, so they sent it over night with FedEx and I would get it today. I called back today to get a tracking number from them for the FedEx, and the guy said there is no tracking number because they haven't sent it! Wait what!?!?!? He said it has to go through another prosess with fidelity and that takes another 3-5 business days! Wow! Not sure why the lady straight up lied to me! Complete run around from this place!!! And they lie!! Please look at the call transcripts from the phone call I made to you yesterday, you will see how you lied!!!Sad!!! Did my loan request 08-13-2024 still waiting!!! UPDATE: 09-13-2024 Once again LIES!!!! I finally got the check on 09-11-2024, took it to my bank they have to hold it 10 days, got a call from Slavic today and they said I put a request in to cancel my check!!!! WHAT!?!?!?! So the check I have at my bank is VOID! They have to reissue a new check and I'll get it next week! NIGHTMARE! Complete NIGHTMARE! Someone has money invested someplace and they don't want to come off of it. I thought this call from them was a joke, unfortunately it's not!!!! I told them to review all their phone recordings cause NO place in ANY conversation did I say cancel that check. Something's not right with this whole thing!!!

Twice this year, I have started a distribution. After about ten days, they update it as canceled saying that my plan only allows for one distribution per year. Actually, it's not that long of a document and it says I can make a distribution once per calendar month. There is no way to contact them except via phone call where they make you run a maze providing all your security information twice. They tell me I'm right and they will take care of it. And then you wait, two days now with no communication while they are refusing to let me access my funds. I am now at day 15 since the original request. In what world does it take more than two weeks get your own money and why can't they hire people capable of providing real customer service?
