So, I have been with Slavic for about 3 years roughly. I separated from my job recently, which is how I originally got on with Slavic. My 1st time ever having one of these, I just really wanted to come leave a review because I’ve seen some crappy ones before I applied for my Distribution. Basically, I applied for a distribution after leaving my job! They made me wait 20 days from the last day of me receiving my last paycheck, before allowing anyone to apply for a distribution due to separation from job. Dude, I applied September 9th for the distribution (that was literally the 20th day of my waiting period and it allowed me to apply).. they update me every step of the way. Today is now September 18th, and I GOT MY MONEY BACK ALREADY!! Literally 9 days after applying for it! I’m amazed at how fast it went, and so happy. This truly helped me a lot, I can not thank Slavic enough! I will absolutely be recommending these guys to everyone I know with a job! lol. I just wanted to be the good review I haven’t seen, because yall deserve it. Also, customer service was ALWAYS great and very professional! Just all around an easy experience, which I appreciate! Thanks again, Slavic team!

Absolute worst 401k company. Do not and I repeat do not go through these individuals for your 401k services

My experiences with Slavic center upon the website and customer support. Both met my needs.

IM A TRUCK DRIVER I WORK WITH A COMPANY FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS WHEN THEY LOST THE CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY WE HAULING FOR. IM A MILTARY VET THAT HAS LIL INCOME.THIS COMPANY DID ZERO HELP AND KEPT CANCELING MY WITHDRAW FROM MY 401K.TRY TO HELP ME WHEN I GOT TOLD IM GOING BLIND IN MY RIGHT EYE.TERRIBLE COMPANY DONT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL.

My husband needs proof his withdrawal of his 401k came from them for underwriting of are morgatge. Called them was told they would expedite it and we would get it same day to 24 hours. Its going on 3 days now. Keep calling with are case number and told its being worked on. I cant close on my house till I get the documents.

Summary: Run as far away as you can. Never engage with them. Do not trust a single thing they say. Do private retirement if your company uses them. Positive: Absolutely nothing. The website, plan features, and engagement is worthless. There is truly not a single compliment I can give this company or platform. Negative: No written customer service, only being able to call during narrow hours and requiring to provide a LONG list of PII (far more than any other company I've ever encountered) before they'll do anything. They will not provide any support to actually help you, but only say what you can't do. There is no interest in doing the right thing. They engage in unethical auto-enrollment practices without employers being aware. Their fees are absolutely absurd and disgusting. Update to Slavic's response: My initial concerns and needs have been resolved. My complaints and concerns about their business practices and ethics remain, and it is telling that I had to escalate to public complaints to have resolution. To be clear, some of the refund requests were sent directly from the HR division, and Slavic had not consistently responded to them either. While I cannot completely confirm it, I believe the email misspelling was provided by a Slavic phone representative. They also never responded to my emailed responses they initiated (with the correct email address). Therefore, the final assessment they summarized is not entirely accurate.

I just filed a lawsuit against this company and will be filing complaints with the SEC and all other regulatory agencies. Constant, evolving, suspicious hurdles for weeks on end. Had my identity verified by Plaid today, only to have Slavic advise that they still have concerns about my identity and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I don't play games. We'll work it out in court. Don't put a nickel in this company, is my advice.

Astonishingly impossible website to navigate. I guess by making your 401K account impossible for anyone to access (including yourself) they are keeping data secure and compliant, but not being able to use a service kind of misses the point of the whole exercise. Just logging in to my account after 3 months took about 18 minutes, 14 captchas, creating a new universal ID, not being allowed to use the same email, trying to verify a device, having verification fail, having that failed verification kick you back to the beginning so you have to go through the process again... It's a little out of control. Not very confidence inspiring. I hope their financial advisors are better than their UX/UI team.
