Slate & TellReviews of slateandtell.com

I ordered a ring and they made it. Only problem was it was the wrong band and I was in a huge time crunch. They reached out via phone and told me, they remade the ring and 2 day shipped it to me to no extra cost. The ring looks great, and it came with a whole spec sheet on the rings legitimacy. Pretty great customer service from Isaac, would recommend.

I initially ordered a ring that, upon reflection, I wanted to go a different direction as the design wasn’t perfectly aligned with our vision. So, I looked to cancel the order. After receiving a call from the owner, Issac Gad, and discussing what I wanted, they designed the exact ring I desired! This effort was painless. Issac communicated at every step and was directly available for questions. At the end of the process we have the perfect custom designed ring. I highly recommend Slate and Tell after directly experiencing the care and customer focus demonstrated by Issac and Co. You are in good hands for your jewelry needs.

Isaac made the whole experience special!! My fiancé helped design the ring from concept to CADs to finish and loved it all. We were led through the fun process with quick responses, turnarounds, and more.. It was always done with a smile and we have complete confidence in Isaac. He has a customer and friend for life as we could not have asked for more or imagined a better person to help us. The communication, ordering, price, and service was and still is outstanding!!!! I recommend them to everyone as you will feel as satisfied as we are!!!

The craftsmanship is incredible

I highly recommend ordering from Slate & Tell!! Issac was very responsive and got my order made and shipped in an outstanding timely manner. Thank you again for everything to make my engagement happen!!

I had a great experience. Since I got a personalized item it takes a bit longer. Well it shipped and was at a stand still for a couple days. I contacted customer service and they looked into but unfortunately could not track down my item or find out what happened to it. So they started a replacement order and I received email updates throughout the process. They did a rush on it and I received it in a couple weeks. Overall I am so happy with my item! I looked at so many options from other businesses but it was Slate & Tell that had exactly what I wanted. I was bummed out that the first one was lost and had to wait for the replacement, but it was so worth it. Thank you Slate & Tell for your beautiful work and help/experience through this process.

Slate and Tell were very responsive, transparent and accommodating when it came to my ring. I asked if they can expedite a ring before I left on a trip with my now fiancé and they were willing to work with me. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about buying from Slate and Tell.

This has been my third purchase from Slate and Tell and once again I am impressed! Ordering custom rings for each of my babies has become tradition. When some of the rings came in too small, Isaac was extremely helpful and kind when they needed to be changed. Great experience anytime I order from Slate and Tell and the rings are the absolute best. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and for making these rings ones that will be passed down for generations to come!
