Services are automatically suspended if payment is not received within 5 days of the due date. This automated process ensures efficient management of our large customer base. We do our best to keep our customers informed by sending a suspension notice prior to any service interruption. We also understand that circumstances may arise where additional time is needed to make a payment. Had you contacted us requesting an extension, we would have been happy to accommodate your request. However, our records indicate that no such request was made via chat or ticket. We want to resolve this issue promptly and are happy to investigate further. To do so, we need to verify your identity.
