Regarding the recent cPanel-related issue, I believe it would not be fair to judge a good company based on a problem that was not entirely in their control. These types of issues can happen with any hosting provider using cPanel, not just SkyNetHosting. I’m still with SkyNetHosting and will continue using their services because, overall, they have proven to be reliable, supportive, and a great value for businesses that want quality hosting without overspending.

Hi i've been a client of Skynet for over 20 years, my hosting business is as old as skynet as i have become one of their resellers back then, when they 1st launched. And i believe i was one of the very first customers also. Recently there was a major cPanel/WHM global disaster which caused most of the skynet Serves to go offline under controlled nature (as a measure of precaution) to protect the client data and site content etc. This Recent disaster involving some cPanel/WHM vulnerability issue caused a massive scale panic among all the Skynet clients, Resellers worldwide. My company owns several dedicated serves and dozen reseller accounts with them, and i gotta fairly good customer support from them to manage the crisis from my end. There were times it was a nightmare to get in touch with them but i would understand that handling a such a disaster involving hundreds of dedicated servers with very large number of clients going crazy over the server down situation is not at all and easy tasks. My sites were down for over a week just like the rest of them but im happy to say i was in constant contact with my client base and managed to keep them updated of what is going on and im happy to say i haven't lost a single client as i was able to convince them and make them understand of the situation as this magnitude of server disaster can happen to anyone at any given time as the hosting Industry is largely dependent on many 3rd party apps and softwares. And i believe they did their level best by replacing the entire server arsenal with new ones and safeguarding client data and content with zero data loss on my part. I think they managed the situation fairly well ANd im looking fwd to working with them for years to come as no one can beat their prices and tech support, i do have servers with other Big server companies too and their support is no where close to skynet's .
