Atoka Cybertech a Zimbabwe based hosting service provider is proud to be associated with Skynet as the parent company providing hosting service. Our journey begins four years ago in 2020 as USA Corporate VIP reseller. With no experience in the IT field ,they have easy to use templates that allows us to do our set-up through their custom made templates. The service of skynet is reliable with uptime of around 99.99%.Their customer care keep us updated on an upgrades to the system henceforth we communicate the same to our valued customers. Any technical department is awesome, each and everytime we have technical challenges with our system they amicably resolve them and sharing some insights on how the same can be resolved. The skynet staff are dedicated and trained to give us the best service from the billing service to technical services. They are our trusted partner in taking us to a global player in hosting business.

Very good hosting service. Am using this past 3 years 99.9% uptime.

we have been with Skynerhosting since 2017 and haven't had any bad experience. Anytime finding a hosting company, you must first look at the customer service especially the technical support and they go out of there way. There 24 hour chat service is a plus.

I have been using skynethosting.net now for over 10years. Their server is 99% online, excellent customer service. Fast response time I have ever seen, best offers on all their products and services. They are my one and only trusted hosting company I have been using for all my jobs. Thank you skynethosting.net for been the best provider for my customers.

They made an automatic payment for a service I had canceled. But when contacting support about that they don't answer or leave you for multiple hours waiting in livechat. This issue still isn't resolved.

I have Corporate Plan on SkyNetHosting from 2020 until now, fall in love when we started run our business with SkyNetHosting. Uptime really have more than 99% Technical Support, always solved our problem. Billing 10/10 really helped when we need to extended payment. SkyNetHosting really great choice for newbie like me.

One of the worst hosting providers in the world. Their support system is so bad. They say 24 hours support, but their technical support agent has 0 knowledge on technical.

SkynetHosting.net has been a highly disappointing hosting provider. Their servers experience a minimum of 48 hours of downtime every month, rendering the service unreliable. The customer support is notably poor, with delayed responses and unhelpful assistance. I strongly advise against choosing SkynetHosting.net due to their questionable practices and subpar performance. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-oriented hosting solution.
