My mother in law passed in 2020. We were very nervous about purchasing online. Matthew and his staff were beyond professional & comforting. The casket was beautiful. Exactly a reflection of my very spiritual MIL. Never in a million years did I expect to be back, purchasing a casket for my husband 11 months later. Again, flawless service. Unfortunately, we had a huge screwup by the funeral home and we were almost forced to move the service elsewhere. I was an emotional wreck. Matthew was right there assuring us with such professionalism he would make sure the casket was picked up and moved where ever we needed it. Whatever that took to make it happen. This company's service is fantastic. The casket I choose was out of stock. They found me one I liked even better. The casket arrived on time, and was even more beautiful in person than in the picture. Hopefully, it will be a long time before I need Sky Caskets' products again, but I will definitely give them my repeat business.
