If minus stars is an option!!! Don’t buy from them
If minus stars is an option they would get a MINUS 5!!!!! Ordered casket over the phone from person claiming to be CEO. Needed a youth casket, they sent full size. Before they had it delivered they said accept it, we will send you the new one asap, since we had a time crunch, and they would make plans to take it back. It was the CEO who told me that personally. So I Got charged for 2 coffins, the full size one is sitting in my 83 year old mother’s garage. 6 weeks has gone by and I can’t get a return email or phone call. I cannot believe the horrible service and being lied to by someone who runs a company!!!! Can’t imagine working for that Mo d of person or the type of organization that preys on people when they are most vulnerable!!! BEWARE!!! I did not order the wrong one, I told ceo I needed a youth for ValA cemetery to bury cremated remains from my uncle who was a decorated Vietnam vet. But mistakenly didn’t read the fine print. Casket has never been uncrated. Your people forced me to accept it and re-order. My mother in law was angry because YOUR delivery person was going to drop it in the driveway since she could t move it herself. The same driver told her not to accept it…your ceo said the only way to flyer the right coffin in time was to accept and order Another one and he Would take care of it. Said it would be a day or two. It’s almost 2 months and I haven’t heard anything nor had anyone responded to my emails or voicemails. Let me Be clear I told your ceo I needed a youth casket specifically which is why I called in the first place and not buy one from Amazon. If you want to clear this up you can have someone come get the coffin this week and credit my credit card. Question? Why does only 5 star reviews show on you website? When I looked into outside reviews it’s obvious you have a history of taking advantage of people in their time of need. If you made half an effort you would have responded to my inquiries over the last 7 weeks

Chris, I have reviewed both of your orders and it looks like you initially ordered a full size 20 gauge casket. It wasn't until we called to set up delivery with your mom for the next day that it was revealed that it was supposed to be a youth casket. We spoke to you and air shipped the youth casket immediately for you as you had said your mom would take both and temporarily store the full size one until we could help you resell it as you had ordered the wrong one initially. We sent what you ordered and signed for up front and then bent over backwards to rectify your mistake and get you the youth sized one you needed but didn't order at the start. We are still trying to find a buyer for the first casket. Is it still intact? Last we heard on the phone was your mom threatening to destroy the full sized casket.
