Looking for a specific TV for a few weeks. Only back orders. Spoke with someone, told me they would ordered for me and they will shipped in around 2 weeks. 2 weeks later my new TV was shipped :)

No complaints! I did have to return my order because I ordered the wrong item (my mistake) and they refunded me with no problems. Everything went smooth. Would order from again.

They have great customer service. I placed an order for a Sonos speaker holder and upon receiving my order they called me to ensure that I was ordering the correct one.
