Emailed twice in the last 2 months about about a 5 month old shaver not charging to no reply shocking service! Looks like I can order a replacement but have to pay £35 im not doing that going to cut my losses and never use this company again

I received a replacement head for one of the products even though I didn't order it nor do I have any of their products. When I called to ask about it they wanted my email address. I wouldn't give it to them so the lady got rude. What a skank! I think this company is a scam center. Please don't buy their products.

Another 1 star review for poor service! Near on impossible to cancel the subscription service, as after I cancelled it they still took another 2 payments and to date have only refunded 1 Product isn’t that good either hence cancelling the subscription in the first place

J'ai passé commande il y a 1 mois et demi, je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon colis. J'ai fait plusieurs relances et aussitôt une réponse automatique "voir avec les service de livraisons". Lequel ! tout est en anglais, certains liens ne fonctionnent pas. Personne n'a pris la peine d'envoyer un mail (sauf les mails automatique) ou d'appeler. J'ai demandé un remboursement mais je pense que je peux rêvé. Je pense que je ne verrai jamais ce colis qui était prévu pour un cadeau d'anniversaire. Pit bull gold - not working after 18 months. But, it is exacerbated by the subpar customer service. You are not able to talk to someone to possibly resolve the issue. If they just replaced the item - this would be 5 stars.

Non existent customer service. Blades fell apart and when I’ve tried to email multiple times they do not respond. I now can’t log in to cancel my subscription. Total con artists.

Au bout de quelques mois, la tête du rasoir Pitbull Silver PRO se détache systématiquement du support moteur. Aucune réponse du SAV auquel j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails restés dans réponse. De plus le rasage est très moyen, et les têtes de remplacement (à changer régulièrement) sont très chères. Surtout, n'achetez pas les produits de cette marque.

What ever you do DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!!!! once you take out the subscription for replacement blades they WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL!!! been trying to contact them for months to cancel but all they do is ignore your emails / messages.
