I bought a pit bull platinum just before Xmas 2022. The paint on the shaver head is peeling off. I’ve tried contacting them via email and had no reply now for over a week. For the money I paid for this shaver the build quality is rubbish. It’s plastic. At least a reply would be nice

3-5 days delivery was 6 weeks. Did not get it for xmas (ordered 30th november). Did not get all i ordered so still wayting...

I bought the gold pro head shaver, bought the case and stand to go with it, after the second time I used it in the shower is when i realised it might not be as waterproof as they boast, half an hour after the use of it in the shower, the shaver turned itself on and couldnt be turned off, just kept going until the battery died. Rang customer support, no one to take my call, no one on live chat and havent had a response from emails sent, I have even used Facebook Messenger, no one on there either. . . . All in all I feel like I have been mugged.

The shaver was great but lasted 6 months before it stopped charging. Dealing with support was a good experience where they said they would replace the broken unit, but haven’t replaced the item even though the return steps have been followed. It’s a fairly expensive product but given the life expectancy you may be better find another solution that’s more reliable.

I used one for over a year, i wasn't satisfied, when cleaning it falls apart, when you dont clean in time it hardly works, for that money 115 euro i paid, no, i can hardly reccomand anybody to buy it, ive got now a remington, much cheaper and much better

Ordered a Forte blades and came apart when I was cleaning the blade.

When you clean it, it is very difficult to get all the parts back together exactly right. I would not repurchase this item. B

I have used shaver about 3 times and not realy that impressed with it to be honest plus I ended up with rash on the back of my head it didn't give me the close shave I thought it would of can I get a refund as haven't had it that long and how do I go about it please can you assist with this mr m j webb.
