It's ok if you keep it charged at least above 40%, other wise it just dies and cuts out on you. Not much good if you've already done half of your bonce already!!! Time to fill the wash basin up and do the rest with the good old faithful blade and foam. Think I'll stick to the old fashioned way in future. The skull shaver really is a load of crap and I've already chucked it in the bin. Awful product and don't waste your money on it! Enough said.

Horrible Quality! The shaver broke after 3 weeks. Skullshaver charges 50 USD for a replacement. It seems unlawful. Very bad customer service, slow and deceiving. Avoid this brand!

Totally misleading Not well made at all. Cleaning light stays on even after cleaned. Shaver turns on and runs by itself. Customer service was NOT helpful at all and wouldn't assist me since I bought the unit on Amazon. STAY AWAY

This product is good when it works, but an absolute nightmare when it invariably goes wrong. They won't let you ship the shaver and the blades together despite both being broken. A warranty replacement battery lasted less then 4 weeks. The battery won't charge, the battery won't switch off, the battery won't switch back on. The digital numbers disappear on the charge indicator. The blade broke and was dangerous. It is a complete nightmare dealing with these people and they have the customer service empathy of tortoise crossed with a snail. They don't realise that if your product breaks and is not of merchantable quality their customer service has an opportunity to show you that you made the right decision buying their product. NOT A CHANCE!!! it is a nightmare dealing with them and the product I image is a cheap purchase from a far eastern factory which simply will not last a year and in my experience lasted 6 months and then the replacements have lasted four weeks. Good when it works, but the key word is WHEN!!!!!

I went directly to Skull Shaver's website to purchase a Pitbull Silver Plus directly, after months of research. 7 days after making my purchase, they sent me a marketing email with 15% off the same product I had bought... So naturally I emailed their customer service team, hopeful for some discretion in this matter but, sadly, their customer service representative (Edita in my case) was horribly passive aggressive and utterly useless. I haven't had long enough to form an opinion of the product (average so far, certainly overpriced), but I cannot stand bad service. What a waste of my life buying from a company that doesn't understand the basics of communication, let alone customer service. I'm getting a refund.
