Got one for Xmas 2020. Was mostly happy with the purchase even though you really need to get a new blade every few months. But then it just stopped working in November 2021. Bought myself another around Xmas last year, now that one just died last week. Fool me once..

Ordered one of their shavers as a Christmas present in November. Have waited four weeks and item has not yet showed up. I have reached out to their customer service via phone, text, email, and messaging multiple times with no reply. Their phone number takes you to a voice mailbox where it tells you to leave a message so they can get back to you but the mailbox is full and it promptly hangs up on you. The absolute worst customer service that I have ever seen. Reading more in-depth about their products and now I don't think I even want to give it as a gift.

I purchased multiple Skull platinum shavers & clippers only to discover on delivery that they don't come with the AC charger adapter. What a rip off!!! I'm returning all of them & will shop around to purchase shavers that come complete with everything.

HORRIBLE FALSE ADVERTISING SKULL SHAVER can not be cleaned by water alone as advertised. It has to be taken apart bc it’s so clogged it stops cutting. When you contact customer service they just patronize you into thinking it’s you not being able to put the product back together and try to get you to purchase replacements blades after only using it for less then 3 months. Never heard of having to do that in such a short time of using a shaver. SO INSTEAD of attempting to refund or replace the $99 shaver they insist it’s my fault lol. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS they are faulty and falsely advertised.

Absolutely poor quality. Cheap materials and bad electrics with same failures as outlined in many of the bad reviews below. Don’t waste your money.
