I bought my Skull Shaver 3 years ago. Worked a dream for about 18 months then wouldn't charge. Put it down to experience/daily use and ordered a new one. Great experience but have now been trying to order replacement blades for the last 3 months. They are never in stock, their customer service standard response is "keep trying" or "they will be back in stock soon." I'm getting to the point where I will bin the Skull Shaver and just buy something else. In summary, great kit if you want to pay a high price for something that will last 3-6 montgs.

Good product, but terrible customer service and out of stock replacement blades. The replacement blades are never in stock. So how can I replace my blade if it is never in stock and the customer support does not reply? The added phone does not work - you shop from UK but the support is in USA and even if you call in working hours, it says to email them. Email responses will never come...they just do not reply to your requests.

I bought this with great expectations, but unfortunately disappointment was not far away. After owning for 12 months I was on the 4th motor/battery!! For the price £180 this is totally inferior and unacceptable. I certainly would not recommend this product to anyone (to save them the hassle of what I have had to go through). It is a shame really as the premise of the product is good, just very bad build quality. Customer service is also disappointing, as it has been said they only seem to reply early morning (if you are lucky). My advice look for something else 😩😡

The shaver itself is 'ok' but the blades that they recommend (with 4 heads) are rarely in stock. They also recommend changing the blades every 3 months but how do you do that if they don't keep any stock? Emailing their customer service, you will only get a response early in the morning and only once so when you then reply, you have to wait an entire day to get the next one.

They promise on their web site free 2 day shipping. However, that is a lie. You are not given the shipper's name ( UPS,Fed Ex etc..) and not given a tracking number so you may follow it. I placed my order 6 days ago and as today is a Saturday it will be over a week if it does in fact arrive. After emailing customer service, I was provided a screen shot of a "tracking" from some unknown generic shipper. After some internet searching I did find out that the incompetent shipper they use transported the item past my home from Illinois to New York instead of delivering it to me in Ohio. 100% poor customer service and delivery failure. I have requested a full refund and cancellation of my order but have not heard back from their "Customer Service" which obviously is not customer orientated. Buyer Beware.

IT’S A SCAM They charge you for dhl delivery but they send you their product by regular post Customer Support never answer to emails. So: when you promise something and you charge that something and you did not deliver - it’s a scam

Bought the 5 blade head shaver and its totally disappointing. The bits that comes with it for different shaves do NOT fit at all. Only used it once and its in the bin where it belongs. £90 gone to waste after one shave absolutely shocking piece of equipment will never recommend it to anyone so dont waste your time or money people. This company should be ashamed of this product and ripping people off !!!!!!!
