Do NOT use butterfly kiss on bikini area or armpits! It said in the amazon add that you can but you can NOT it will cut and cause rashes unfortunately:( Great for legs though and the exfoliator is awesome

Yeah its pink and looks very nice. Easy to hold. But that's it. It's noisy and it doesnt cut as smooth as you would expect it too. I have a mans shaver that is quieter and cuts smoother

Ich besitze den Skull Shaver Gold Pro seit ca. 1 Jahr; mit dem Gerät bin ich ganz zufrieden, die Akkuleistung ist toll und das Rasurergebnis, wenn auch nicht perfekt, ist gut. Die Bestellung von Ersatzklingen ist jedoch ein anderes Thema und hier liegt der Hund begraben. Als ich vor 1 Jahr Ersatzklingen bestellte, ging das schnell und speditiv voran (ich hatte die Ersatzklingen innert 3 Tagen im Briefkasten). Wenn man jetzt Klingen bestellen will, sind die entweder ewig "out of stock" oder man bestellt und hört dann 3 Wochen nix. Auf Nachfrage beim Support (dieser hat sich bis jetzt noch jedes Mal schnell bei mir gelmeldet, kann mich also nicht beschweren) wurde mir beim ersten Mal mitgeteilt, dass die Klingen nicht verfügbar seien (trotz in stock Anzeige auf der Skullshaver.eu Seite) und ich deshalb entweder warten müsse oder man mir das Geld retournieren werde. Ich entschied mich zu warten; trotzdem wurde 3 Tage später der Order gecancelt und mir das Geld zurückerstattet. Beim nächsten Mal war's genau gleich, hier hat der Kundensachbearbeiter dann eine neue Bestellung platziert mit anderen Klingen (das Ganze gratis und portofrei!!!), jedoch wurde auch dieser Order nach 3 Tagen wieder storniert. Ich verstehe nicht, was so schwierig daran ist, ein Lager mit genügend Ersatzklingen zu haben für ein Produkt, dass funktioniert und richtig gut ist. Auch der Kundensupport ist bemüht und probiert seine Sache gut zu machen... ich verstehe echt nicht, wo hier das Problem liegt, aber so kann und werde ich den Skull Shaver nicht mehr weiterverwenden, wenn das wichtigste Zubehör nicht mehr verfügbar ist...

It's mediocre, at best. Misses alot of hair struggles all round. May purchase the 5 blade to see if any improvement but for the money its meh....

I bought the gold shaver about a year ago. I was happy with the results. When I came to needing a new blade I signed up to the subscription offer on the skull shaver website. I have been waiting for 6 months for a new blade and now they have put the price up considerably. The customer service is nonexistent in the UK. I would seriously think twice about purchasing a shaver from them. There are more reputable firms such as Remington that are better for purchasing in the UK.

I'm on my 3rd pitbull now very good for about 2 years then the heads just spin around the fixings are worn down so had to buy a new shaver.

Just over 2 years ago i bought the Skull Shaver Gold Pro. Now just over the 2 year mark (2 year warranty) it no longer works despite been 100% charged. When the product worked, I couldn't of spoken highly enough as it was a really efficient shaver with a close cut. However, now it has stopped working, I've now discovered that their customer service is basically non existent. No contact details on their website and they don't respond to any messages you send on social media platforms. This begs the question would you get anywhere anyway even if it was still in warranty ? Even more frustrating is that it's not even a cheap shaver !! i paid £100 at the time and have since seen them at the £130ish mark. You can get what look like the equivalent on Amazon from £30 - even if they lasted 9 month it would still be more cost effective than buying from this waste of space of a company. In summary, DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!

Really plasticky and gimmicky product which falls apart when accidentally dropped. The blades lasted for few weeks as I started having spots on my skull. The blades do not cut close eniugh
