Thought I would give this a try, wished I never, it’s ripped my head to bits, I bought two blades and both are very bad. When I contacted skull shave, their response was, why don’t I buy another blade that might be better and I can get 10 percent off. Absolutely shameful.

Wish I found these reviews before I wasted my time. Shaver was DOA, the moronic email handler is literally useless, you can't speak to people. All I wanted was a replacement but as RMA can take 10 days before a replacement can be sent and then add Evri to the mix and its easily 2 weeks. What a shambolic company.

Was given as a gift and at first I was very impressed. Cuts very close to the skin and made me an instant fan. However, after 2 months the motor sounded like it was dying every now and then (it wasn't, there was an issue with the head that the blades sit in) and I thought it must be time to purchase new blades. These aren't cheap, so you can imagine my surprise when after 2-3 uses the same issue started happening. I clean the blades thoroughly after each use but it's a lottery on how long they will last now, sometimes I get a full shave out of them and others the issue happens after 30 seconds. I have to keep blasting the blades in the shower to get another 1-2 minutes of use. I contacted customer service and their response was that I could either send the shaver to them (and be without it for 2 weeks) or I could pay £40 and they'd send me another. I don't know why they can't send me a new one and have me ship the old one back upon receiving it so that I'm not without but it's not an experience I've had with other shaving companies. When it works, it's good but the customer service experience and the cost of the device for it to break so quickly means it's an absolute don't buy from me. I've seen some other competitors out there with good reviews and lifetime warranties, a customer service that's half decent so I'll probably try one of them. AVOID.

I bought a top of the range Platinum shaver for the best part of £150 at the end of January some 4 months ago. Last night the 3 headed shave attachment just fell apart. Skullshaver has refused to send out a new one or even try to get it fixed. It is not worth the money and would not recommend their products at all. I have emailed to say they are breaking the consumer act of 2015 as I believe it was faulty and not fit for purpose. I have not heard back, Update.... Skullshaver have now sent out a new head free of charge. No apology or acceptance is was faulty, but least I have a new one. I still wouldn't buy another one.

First off I shouldn’t have to give a rating to leave a message or review…so here’s my deal with this product…I’ve watched almost every commercial skull shaver has put out,not by choice,only because I’m to lazy to get up to get the remote…so I don’t understand why this company has to lie about how many astronauts used this product it was only one Canadian astronaut that used this shaver, only one so when the commercial says… used by astronauts…that most definitely implies more than one when it should say used by an astronaut - not astronauts. So, skull shaver, change your lying commercial and just tell the truth. You gave dude a free shaver for life just so you could make a commercial and lie on it. Bad karma skull shaver…you lying dirtbags…just tell the truth !

I ordered a pitbull platinum pro shaver for fathers day coming up because I’m a Disabled Veteran and I patiently was waiting for their delivery company uniuni I never heard of this company. Well needless to say the package showed up a day later than it was suppose to and the product was not in the box! A cheap sweet sweat gel was in the box and they don’t even sell that on the website. $177 is a lot of money I just hope PayPal can get my money back for me or that skull shaver will send me another shaver. This is a nightmare! I am on limited income and I was gonna make payments through PayPal. I already paid the first installment. How frustrating!!

If I could give zero i would still waiting on the product that has gone missing no replacement no refund missed the intended birthday as was a gift useless customer service

Très mauvaise expérience avec Skull Shaver. J’ai commandé une Diamond Pro directement sur le site officiel en pensant recevoir un produit premium neuf vu le prix affiché. À la réception, en ouvrant les têtes de rasage, j’ai découvert des poils à l’intérieur de l’appareil. Je trouve cela totalement inadmissible et franchement dégoûtant pour un produit censé être neuf. Au-delà du manque de sérieux, cela pose aussi un vrai problème d’hygiène et de sécurité sanitaire. Un appareil de rasage qui arrive avec des traces d’utilisation soulève forcément des questions concernant les bactéries et le contrôle qualité. Pour une marque qui se présente comme “premium”, recevoir un appareil manifestement déjà utilisé est inacceptable. À ce niveau de prix, on attend un minimum de contrôle qualité et de respect du client. Très déçu de cette expérience.
