Ordered 2 weeks ago the gold edition! Supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days and to receive an email when is sent! It’s been 2 full weeks and heading the 3rd! Haven’t received anything and not even the email that is sent! I reached out to customer support twice and no response either! At this stage I am afraid I lost my money! AVOID HOPE YOU CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING AND DONT DO THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

Kann man auch 0 Sterne vergeben? Genau das ist Skull Shaver Wert. Der Rasierer überzeugt mich eigentlich, leider habe ich jetzt aber eine Reklamation und da habe ich dann eine Mail geschrieben. Ich habe bis heute keine Rückantwort bekommen…ich habe mittlerweile über alle Kanäle Mails bzw. Nachrichten geschrieben…keiner rührt sich. Frechheit. Kauft diesen Rasierer nicht…

I’ve ordered the Gold PRO with the stand. They send it with a French parcelcompany, never arrived to my address in The Netherlands. Has been more than a week now, no response from their customer service, feel like being scammed! Since nobody is reaching out and they don’t have a telephone number to call, don’t buy from this company.

Similar to other reviews, Beast Pro clippers bought 8 months ago, used 6 times and they’re now dead. Will not take a charge, charging display not showing and ZERO response to my three customer service emails. Can anyone suggest what I should do next? They simply do not seem to care about selling defective products. UK Customer here.

Absolutely shocking products!! I bought the Skull shaver platinum pro, beast clipper pro and the baby beast trimmer. I have only had these a little over 18mths and when fully charged and turned on they all cut out and turn off when using, this pulls hair instead of cutting and takes forever to cut any hair now??? Turn back on and it repeats all over again! Cheap components, mickey mouse battery and poor customer service (nigh on non-existent). If you have got this far, please do not waste your money on this shambles of a company making extremely poor products, buy something worth the money like a Wahl clipper which is what i had always used previously and have now gone back to.

The shaver itself works great. I ordered replacement blades for it 3 months later, but two weeks after ordering (and paying) they haven't shipped. Trying to contact Skullshaver via the only way they offer (email) results in radio silence.

Absolute garbage. Avoid at all cost. I owned and used one for 3 months max, it’s now broken and useless, it was only used twice a week. They do not respond to any emails whatsoever. It’s just a scam company, selling cheap crap. Choose a reputable brand like Remington instead. Do not waste your money on this tat.
