Stopped working after 3 months no customer support they dont reply now cancelling my blade subscription don't buy

The worst experience, same problem as everyone here. Stopped working and not heard back on my warranty. Thank you skull shaver for scamming us.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I bought it but my son had one and it seemed to work fine. Mine stopped charging after 3 months a lot of money down the drain!

Buy a better alternative!!! Shaver failed to switch on after the 4th charge. Only had it 3 months!! Emailed and Facebooked customer service numerous times with no response. Bought a much cheaper and better shaver as a replacement. For the premium price they charge, you'd expect better service. Don't bother! Update! Recently received a new replacement. Still think the cheaper alternative is a better shaver though

I bought the skullshaver palm and.. it hurts! it doesn't glide smoothly even with a thick layer of shaving foam applied, and it misses a lot of hair. they advertise a clean shave in minutes, but that's just bolognese!! it takes me +30 minutes to shave my head in multiple attempts because it doesn't glide and cut as well as they make it look like, and i end up with plenty of pain and rash from pressing it down on my skin in a futile attempt to actually make it work., especially on my neck. and don't press down too much because the mesh will get pressed against the blades and will stop them from spinning. i tried to leave a negative review on their website, but they just didn't allow it!! that's why you only see positive reviews there!!! stay away from this company!!

Betrug Keine Antwort vom Service

Ersatzklingen bestellt und bezahlt. Keine Lieferung. Support diverse male kontaktiert. Keine Reaktion. Dann irgendwann kam die Rückmeldung, dass es einen Fehler im System gab, ich soll nochmal bestellen. Wieder keine Lieferung. Auf Nachfragen wieder keine Reaktion. Es passiert einfach gar nichts. Das ist Betrug. Ich möchte einfach nur mein Geld wieder haben. Das ganze zieht sich jetzt mehrere Monate.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE GIMMICK! There’s cheaper and better options on Amazon with much faster delivery, bought the Palm Shaver and it would literally turn itself on at random times and completely died after 2 weeks, won’t take charge, WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
