When I used the Pitbull Gold it was a great shave. However, when I wanted to charge the thing it wasn't. The first time I have tried to charge it, the shaver will not charge and remains dead. The website says you have a 2 year warranty but that will only work when you can speak to them. No response after emailing them for 2 weeks.

Kundenservice reagiert seit jetzt genau 6 Monaten nicht auf meinen Nachrichten. Hat vor 6 Monaten noch verschickt, aber falls etwas falsches angekommen ist, gibt es keine retour Möglichkeit. So ein Schmutz laden

Ich habe nach dem ich die Erfahrungen im Internet gelesen habe den Kauf widerrufen und das Paket ungeöffnet zurückgeschickt, also noch neu. Das Geld habe ich bis heute nicht zurückerhalten. Auf emails antwortet das Unternehmen verspätet.

Ich habe einenShaver bestellt und er wurde mit GLS verschickt. GLS hat mich angeblich nicht angetroffen, hat aber auch keinen Paketschein im Briefkasten hinterlassen. Somit wurde das Paket von GLS nach einiger Zeit zurückgeschickt, obwohl ich diesbezüglich SkullShaver eine Mail geschickt hatte. Diese blieb unbeantwortet, ebenso wie eine weitere Anfrage per Mail. Den Fall bei PayPal gemeldet und nun endlich mein Geld zurückbekommen. So etwas hab ich zum Glück noch nie erlebt. Höchst unprofessional…

The product is a piece of crap. Failed after 3 months. And just to rub salt in the wounds, getting any kind of call back or email from their customer service in Canada, well let’s just say, DON’T hold your breath. Stay clear. Product is a PoS and service is non-existent.

I have tried contacting their customer service several times and receive NO CALL BACK/NO E-MAIL. We bought the skullshaver in january and april 1st it died. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! Garbage company! Garbage ethics!

My skullshaver stopped working without reason after 6 months. The "customer support" line ignored my e-mail for 2 weeks and then informed me that I'd have to pay for the return myself and then wait a further 1-2 months or PAY £35 to get a replacement in a reasonable time frame. So, fundamentally, their guarantee means nothing. I'd steer well clear if I were you and get a shaver from a reputable brand.
