Don't get me wrong, the product quality is decent for the money, but last week I ordered a replacement head for my Pitbull Pro, and they sent it to the wrong address. I've emailed and called them, but without any luck. The phono robot just tells you to wait, then hangs up on you. I would stay away from this company because if there is any issue with your order, you have lost your money.

The Unit that I had pruchased had completed stopped working after a few months of use. Contacted Customer Service via email, but get no response, despite chasing. As I am in th UK, there is no customer service number that I can use. Please do not purchase from this company, as they only interested in Sales & nothing else.

Nach der ersten Begeisterung über die gute Rasur folgte die ernüchterung. Nach nur schätzungsweise 10 Anwendungen liess sich der Skull Shaver nicht mehr ausschalten, anstelle dessen wurde er bei betätigung des on/off Knopfs nur schneller oder langsamer. Folge: der Rasierer lief bis zum bitteren Ende, vermutlich bis der motor durchgebrannt ist, dann ging gar nichts mehr. Auf ein Mail bezüglich Garantie und ersatz habe ich ausser der automatisch generierten Empfangsbestätigung nie eine Antwort bekommen. Fazit….Ich rate vom Kauf ab….

Achat de novembre 2023. Au bout de 2 mois la batterie a donné des signes faiblesse. A ce jour, une nuit de charge = un tour d'oreille max. Je pense qu il va être très compliqué de faire jouer la garantie car le service client me renvoie vers les transporteurs et m'indique de contacter "HUMAN for help from one of our Customer Service Representatives." Comme c'est leur service client auquel je me suis adressé hier, le serpent se mord la queue. Au final, cela équivaut à ne pas répondre.

My Skull Shaver Pitbull Gold PRO has failed twice now. The first one failed after two months of use and the second after five months. Both times, it took over a month for a replacement shaver to be provided. Given that two shavers failed so quickly and the length of time it took to receive replacements, I requested a refund. However, Skull Shaver has been difficult to deal with and has refused to provide a refund, which I am entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

Der Rasierer ist super und hinterlässt keinerlei Pickel, doch leider ist der Kundensupport das schlechteste was ich je gesehen habe. 1. ich habe vor etwa einem Jahr über den Onlineshop lagernde Ersatzklingen nachbestellt, die nach Wochen nicht geliefert wurden. Das Geld habe ich erst nach mehrmaligem nachhaken zurückerhalten. 2. nach Garantieende (2 Jahre + 5 Tage) ist das Gerät unbrauchbar, da der Akku so schwach ist, dass der Rasierer immer wieder sofort ausgeht. 3. neuen Rasierer bestellt, der nach 4 Wochen defekt ist und überhaupt nicht mehr funktioniert. Den Kundensupport habe ich per Mail kontaktiert, da die angegebene Telefonnummer auf Amazon nicht funktioniert. Vom Kundensupport habe ich bisher nach 4 Tagen lediglich eine 0815 Antwort mit Hinweisen zur Selbstreparatur erhalten. Besonders frech empfinde ich den Tipp „sollte das nicht funktionieren, dann kaufen Sie neue Klingen“ -> das Gerät ist 4 Wochen alt, springt nicht mehr an und lässt sich nicht mehr laden. Was hat das mit den Klingen zu tun?!

Like many other customers of Skull Shaver, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service, Over the past 3 weeks I have written email after email in regards to cancelling my subscription, with no reply or cancellation? I am fed up with companies like this not having the customer service that we as customers deserve. I resorted to contacting PayPal and was given a direct number for them. Skull Shaver UK Customer service No: +44 2033724109 I got through to a very rude woman abroad somewhere, who after a few minutes of me explaining what I had been through trying to cancel the subscription, cancelled it there and then, she also confirmed this immediately via email, so if any further funds are taken, I can legally claw them back. This company should be ashamed of their service and the way they treat their paying customers. My advice: AVOID...! Use another provider.

Rasoir pour tête utilisé 18 mois, à ce jour la batterie ne prend plus la charge, le rasoir est inutilisable. Pas de réponse du SAV.
