Please DO NOT TRUST this company with your hard earned money. After showing an interest in buying the product I was absolutely bombarded with sales emails and texts messages, they were very interested in me & my custom. I went ahead and purchased the hair and beard Pro Pitbull at £199.99 on Friday 23rd August. The company took the money from my credit card and then... then nothing! I was not sent an email to confirm my order nor did I receive an order number. I have since been continuously emailing customer service to try and get my money back. They have replied saying there is no order so they can not help me. I have provided evidence of my credit card statement where the money has left, not 'pending' actually left my account. They will not take any accountability what so ever. They have STOLEN from me and will not acknowledge it, they have simply referred me back to my credit card. This dispute is 1 week in with no indication of being resolved soon. I am really disappointed in myself for caving into the pressure of emails and texts prompting me to buy - these came in everyday twice a day - very intense! It is certainly not a good sign that they will be in intense contact with you for a potential sale and then simple dismiss your enquiry and complaint once they have taken your money. I may be waiting a month for my Capital One credit card to help me with this. I did not do my research before sending money, and now I am gutted, as apparently this happens a lot with this company. DO NOT get involved especially if you can't afford to lose £200, this company robs people.

Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY from this company. The product works well, until it doesn't and it breaks. At which point you will get no response from their customer service. It is genuinely appalling and frustrating because I am now in a position where I paid £100 for something that doesn't work at all only 3 months later. No way of claiming that money back or getting a replacement. Don't throw your money away.

Au bout de 10 mois sans raison le rasoir ne fonctionne plus. Contacté par mail et par message directement sur leur site, skull shaver me renvoie sur des liens de livraison. Impossible de les contacter pour le SAV. Une fois empoché l'argent vous n'avez plus de correspondant.

On reading the reviews, it seems somewhat pointless pointing out that their customer support is terrible...... It's not terrible, it's non existent.....

Product may be ok but good luck if you have to contact their customer support. You won't get a reply even in a week time. Customers outside USA, there is no support outside USA to call.

Purchased Skull shaver gold from Amazon.co.uk. Arrived today. Used once as a test then put on charge. Didn't charge and now will not work at all. Returned.

As mentioned by so many below - awful customer service. I've been trying to cancel my recurring blade subscription, which supposedly you can do on the website, but it doesn't let you click through. I've written to them several times with no response. They're very efficient when taking the subscription money though!

Completely awful. Bought a shaver about 2 years ago and I’ve had 6 replacements since then. On each one the battery fails within a few months at best. Clearly not just a one off faulty product. After a year you’re out of warranty so they make you pay £39.99 for an extra 12 months warranty. This means you’re effectively then in an annual subscription service if you want to continue using the crappy product. Definitely do not buy off them.
