Purchased Skull shaver directly from their website, waited a week for it to be delivered, only to find they sent me the main black handheld unit, but no razors and no charging cable, so I had power, but nothing to power. Straight away contacted them on the email address provided, insta DM and Facebook DM. Two weeks later, multiple emails where they say they haven’t recieved them, they finally respond saying send everything back, and we’ll send you out the missing parts. Waste of everyone’s time and money. This is my 3rd Skull shaver unit, it will be my last after this.

J'ai acheté un rasoir et dès quelques mois d’utilisation, celui-ci est tombé en panne. Il s'éteint au bout de quelques secondes, malgré une charge pleine. A chaque fois que je le recherche, il s'éteint à nouveau au bout de quelques seconde. J'ai alors sollicité à plusieurs reprises le services clients et garanties et malgré des dizaines de relances, je n'ai jamais eu de réponses de leur part. Le SAV est au abonné absent et la fiabilité des produits est catastrophique.

Absolutely junk had it for Christmas used mabye 4/5 times max and already its knackered doesn't hold charge 💩💩💩

1st with the good, the shaver gives a very good shave, battery life odd, seemed to hold it charge sometimes & other times not, still when it was time to replace the unit (I used it everyday for a couple of years) that's when I got very surprised then really annoyed. I order on November 29th, I realized instantly that I had an old address, I contacted Skull Shaver immediately & asked to change & was told no, after a few more emails the keyboard warrior of customer services there was becoming rather rude. Now it's 17th January still not shipped, emailed & asked for a refund & got it back without problem Terrible way to run a business, shame really as I do like the product. Will never buy again, shavers for a 3rd of the price do the same job & have better customer service

Efectúe el pago por 145 euros de una maquinilla de afeitar y una cuchilla de respuesto en un e-commerce llamado “Skull Shaver / España. Toda la página está en idioma español y a veces me responden en Español y a veces en Inglés .En su página web no informan de la dirección fiscal ni suministran datos acerca de su procedencia o forma de localizarlos más allá de su inexistente “Servicio al Cliente “. Yo al principio había asumido que era una franquicia o sucursal en España. En ningún momento me han dado una fecha de entrega , ni siquiera aproximada. Desde el minuto primero de abonarles la compra me informan de que está “ en camino “, les envío varios e-mail y chat y al fin me responden que está en camino pero con retraso por las “ fechas navideñas “ ( hoy es 16 de enero!!) Después me indican un link para ver mi pedido y resulta ser una página web en un idioma irreconocible. Dada su ausencia de seriedad y profesionalidad y al leer las pésimas reseñas y opiniones en internet ,muchas de las cuales son similares a la mía, les vengo exigiendo desde hace días que quiero cancelar la compra y exijo la devolución de mi dinero como es mi derecho según escriben ellos mismos en su política de Devolución y Reembolso, no obstante no me responden absolutamente nada al respecto y continúan sin darme una fecha entrega .No tienen un teléfono donde comunicarse con ellos, sólo una dirección de e- mail que responden cuando quieren y tarde y solo repiten lo mismo : “ el envío está en camino” y es que no solo continúan sin darme una fecha de entrega sino que también hacen oídos sordos de mi solicitud y derecho de devolución de la compra . Yo ya he emprendido acciones legales pues evidentemente se trata de una e- commerce con práctica ( por el momento) al menos dudosas. RECOMIENDO SERIAMENTE QUE NADIE HAGA NINGÚN TIPO DE COMPRAS EN ESTA PÁGINA WEB. Iré comentando el transcurso de las acontecimientos, Saludos a todos desde España

This review is for Vital Skull Shave. I've contacted customer support over 8 times for better instructions on how to use their product. No one on their contracted customer support team has used the product. All I get is the same boiler plate (read from a script) response. It is apparent that they don't even read the questions in my emails of phone messages. Do not buy the Vital Skull Shaver. You will be unable to use it.

I purchased the skull shaver silver pro just before Christmas to replace 2 x faulty Remington RX7’s which failed under warranty, I had no faith in the RX7 so decided to try a skull shaver as the Okendo reviews were all really good and positive. Straight away the skull shaver feels underpowered, for my first shave I tried a wet soapy shave as advised by skull shaver, I was not impressed, next time I tried a dry shave as I am already used to dry shaving and it just does not cut as close as the RX7, I know a new shaver takes time to adapt to but I am no stranger to head shavers as this is my 5th shaver, I don’t know if you need to purchase the top of the range expensive shaver to get acceptable results 🤷‍♂️ I did leave a review on the Okendo platform that skull shaver use but they obviously only want good recent reviews to post, would I buy again? No, once Remington sort out the problems with the RX7’s not charging I will purchase one of those again, they are far superior in every way.

my brother and my nephew seem to love theirs, as for me i find customer service terrible and i’m in my 3rd unit. had enough now and going to change brand won’t get another skull shaver again. stopped working and can’t get hold of anyone on email or calls.
