I bought a skullshave palm in October 2024 and in the beginning of February 25 it started switching itself on and off randomly. I contacted them about it and they could repair it if I send it to them, but there's a 1-2 month turnaround time. Alternatively I can pay "only" £25 for a replacement handle and not have to send the old one back. My hair is quite patchy so if I let it grow then I look like I've got mange, so waiting that long isn't really an option. I decided to go for the replacement at £25 but then they also require £4.99 delivery! The shaver is great when working right but the customer service might as well be from the 1980's. Buyer beware!

Charged my credit card Shipped replacements blades just a few months after I received the skull shaver. I did not authorize the purchase of these replacement blades. do not deal with this company because you will be charges for goods and services you do not want. A.M. Laws

Very good shaver for two weeks. After that head scratches and warranty not covered. Bottom line is that for the price is very bad deal…

SkullShaver Gold failed for the second time. Paid for a replacement, as their warranty terms pretty much force you to do. After much delay and radio silence, the replacement arrived. This failed within 30 days. Applied for a 30-day exchange, and sent it back. Since then, radio silence other than completely useless bot-driven generic replies. Research suggests the Remington rx7 is a superior choice to purchasing from this shower.

Awful flimsy frame broken after first use trying to clean blades removing blade frame. Utter waste of money, the Remington 5 blade has served me well last 18 months just leaves neck a little sore otherwise good bald shave. Stronger design frame & better bald shave.

Shaver still OK but charger burned-out after only charged shaver four times there said its not covered under warranty .and tried to sell me another one what a joke

Like other people have found, their customer service is appalling. The shavers do fail (fairly quickly), they are supposed to have a warranty but you have absolutely zero chance of getting a response from any warranty claim. Please don't buy from them, you will be left with a very expensive block of plastic.
