If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased a pro gold shaver for a Christmas present. Roll on 4 months and it’s just stopped working. I have reached out on numerous occasions to customer services and I have had 0 replies to my 9 emails. I’m stuck with a handset that doesn’t work and I’m £90 out of pocket. I am shocked that there is only an American phone number to call which I refuse at £3.20 a min!! I wish I’d have done proper homework before buying this because the reviews speak for themselves. The lack of customer services has let this company down big time. Word of mouth goes along way…..

What can I say other than I feel scammed. I had a good experience with my pitbull gold, I thought I'd try the five-point shaver head next time but didn't like it so I went to edit my subscription. I could not edit, I could not change or remove payment info, I could not cancel. No reply from customer service so I'm going to trading standards and warning my bank of fraud. Avoid at all costs.

The product lasted 4 months. I contacted them by email on 3 occasions and haven't responded—poor service.

I have had two head shavers from this company and both products have poor battery life once charged and goes flat within a few days. Rubbish. Yet the normal shaver lasts forever. Now work that out. There is clearly issues with their beard/head shavers

Leider bin ich vom Kundenservice sehr enttäuscht. Mein Skull Shaver ist mir heruntergefallen und dabei ist ein Teil kaputtgegangen. Mir ist natürlich bewusst, dass der Hersteller nichts dafür kann, wenn das Gerät herunterfällt. Deshalb habe ich mich an den Kundenservice gewandt, weil ich das entsprechende Ersatzteil gerne kaufen beziehungsweise ersetzen lassen wollte. Leider habe ich auf meine Anfrage bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Gerade bei einem Produkt in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich erwartet, dass man zumindest eine Antwort bekommt und erfährt, ob und wie ein Ersatzteil erhältlich ist. Das Gerät an sich war für mich nicht das Problem. Der Umgang mit Kunden, sobald man Unterstützung benötigt, ist es leider schon. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich mir einen erneuten Kauf sehr gut überlegen.

DO NOT BUY. Their products only last for a couple of months and the customer service team never respond to any emails. Awful company that scam people out of their money. Buyer beware!

Kunden Service ist katastrophal, keine meldet sich, ich wollte das Gerät Zurücksenden, die warten mit Antwort so das die Frist von 30 Tagen vorbei ist und man es nicht mehr zurücksenden kann.

Skull shaver silver pro. My warranty is just up now. One of the springs broke in the hand set. I have just requested a replacement spring will fit it myself, but skull shaver palmed me off with a generic email reply saying they are extremely busy and to exchange for £29.99. Cannot source spares for these shavers. I’ve had enough I’m going to purchase a Remington instead. Could product lousy after sales service.
